Kudos to Tanaz Godiwala for her always amazing catering ! 💖 Oye no no no it is a Sacrilege to eat a Parsi patra meal with fork and spoon 😱😫 Parsi bhonu MUST always be relished with fingers. We bawas have a saying "Dhan dar ne patio, pet bhari ne chatyo." So tuck in with fingers and remember to lick them in application too😃
Really miss your old style and spontaneity which we enjoyed in T.V show foodie. You were at home in canvassing great food in English. Further each item on menu you used to eat and explain in detail. But I always enjoy Parsi food and great respects to this noble community
Kunal sir love you too much I worked for Farroq Khambata for few years, I love parsi food 🥘 My favorite is Dhankak daal Thank you , best memories ✌️👏💓😊
Wow, this episode brought back my childhood memories when we used to attend lot of parsee functions in bombay, we had lot of parsee family friends, miss those days.... Their food is among the best i have ever eaten. And their hospitality is always top notch.
Kunal ji, it can’t be called “charity” if poor people are being sold jootha food. I agree with the other commentator who said that selling jootha khana during Covid pandemic is a public health issue. Also why is mr. Khambata so proud of glorifying this kind of “charity” which seems exploitative and robs poor people of their dignity? Selling jootha khana to the underprivileged and needy. C’mon man please do better!
Very true, it was disgusting to hear that, if they so want to feed the needy, why not give what is left in the kitchen and not jootha, please don't be proud of leaving food on your leaf
I think he meant that the NGOs buy them for poor, in case of Jhootha it depends on cultural difference, some consider it jhootha some may not. But about public health issue it is on point, if served without re-heating. I am still not clear on why selling it, maybe a security mechanism to avoid abuse. Who knows.
It’s a really nice to see Parasi food I am quite a few years older than you been to Bombay few times never tasted Parasi food well thank you very much for introducing Parasi food to us I will certainly try it
OMG, L9VED IT...I have tasted all this as a child when I was a foreign student in Bombay from East Africa...left India in 1976....I live in Ontario Canada...still the tastes and flavors linger in my mind...thanks for the lovely clip...
Amazing parsi khana..Kunal sir ji thank you very much for taking us to different places and feeding us virtually delicious food..God bless you & your team..
Parsi cuisine needs to promoted.....it has its own unique flavor 😋 👌....my all time favorite Dhansak...where is Cyrus??Want to see him in your vlogs 😋.
Hi Kunal, yet another unique, excellent episode. Parsi food is one of my favorite and i also had privilege to attend parsi wedding and enjoy their food. As you rightly said that in such functions only you will get to taste authentic parsi food with so many varieties.
My mouth watered after seeing all these foods ...... I wish I was there ..... You have presented this episode from the bottom of your heart ...... I like all the good things that you have presented very quickly .......
Kunal Sir aapka dil itna Achha hai ki aap itna non veg khaane ke bawajud bhi vegetarian logo ke baare mein sochte hai. Toh next video aap please vegetarian khaane ke baare mein banaiye na, because I love Punjabi vegetarian food.
Very much unique review on Parsi Cuisine. You have explored the Parsi Food in right manners. This is something which very rare to Taste & Find for us. Since there were very few Food Joints serving the Authentic Parsi Food. Thank you very much for this Parsi Food Treat. Will surely keep looking for Parsi Authentic Food Joints in our nearby locations.
Lagan nu bhonu....lovely ...your episode reminds me of my dad's clients and take me to my childhood where Tarapores, sikanporias, khajotias and many more treated us with delicious parsi food at their one or other functions...it was a treat to relish such delicacies at their functions... 👍
Blessed to have friends in each and every community, more so the Parsis - they are a different league in themselves. Jovial Philanthropists with a heart of Gold and always follow Live and help others to Live 🙏🏽

It's a irony of life that as a lawyer i represented mr parvez damania and vispi damania in court infact I attended mr vispi damania funeral but didn't meet parvez damania good to see the thorough gentlemen he is along with arzan khambatta. Nice vlog sir
We good episode really love parsi food which u showed ur all episode r really good but this was very special episode just loved watching it hip hip hurry
Thanks for sharing your experience.thanks to arzan for the guidance of savoring the meal in the right way too.just feel sorry at the number of leaves being cut from the plantain trees.
So happy that India is such a mish-mash of different religions, customs, and cuisines, all of which come together to enrich our culture. Having never been to one myself, I noticed (subtle) differences in a Parsi function relative to other parts of India. Like how: (a) the banana leaves are placed vertically, and not horizontally (as they are in, say, South Indian weddings), and (b) the custard is served in the middle of the meal, and (c) even though they're eating on leaves, they're still using spoons and forks.
Good observations , In Maharashtra Hindus also Banana leaves are used vertically and the use of spoon of fork is the interesting mix of "keeping the Parsee traditions + the fact they associated with British for business earlier + urbanization)
😋👍👌🍽️, kunal sir India loves you
Bilkul sahih
I couldn’t resist myself from commenting about the the warmth & the hospitality of the two Parsi gentlemen. God bless them.
Mr. Parvez Damania is the man who started one of India's first ever private airlines .. Damania Airways in 1992
Parsis have blessed India, period. Thank you for all that you've done for India, all of you are the purest example of an Indian.
*Very True Kunal : Parsi wedding is total bliss to eyes and soul* 😇
*Especially their Patra ni macchi and Custard will suffice as an entire meal* 😀
Why Parsi food is not widely spread across the country?
As usual Kunal Sir is in food heaven again.
Lovely episode! Parsi food at Parsi weddings is always a treat. Thank you for bringing this lovey cuisine out to the rest of india!
Parsi food is great , Parsi people are great
Parsis were custodians of British Empire in india... They were the onse benefitted the most by supporting British Raj. Read history. Period.

It's not charity it's arrogance
