Unfortunately, The Chat bot will not notify your Followers, the best way to Notify your followers is to tell them to make sure Notifications are ON for your channel, and promoting your stream on other social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram & Facebook. Also telling your Followers during your streams to follow you on all your social media platforms to get a heads up of when you're going to stream next. Hope this helps.
Im just trying to get started. I only have a numark controller with only two outputs that i use for my amp. I dont have powered speakers. How do i connect my soundcard for quality sound?
This is a very loaded question, can you please be more specific on what you are trying to do. Are you Streaming? ARe you using OBS? What Software are you using to DJ?

If you right click on the audio channel, you can add a delay filter or delay it in "advanced audio Properties" when you right click on the Audio Channel that's behind. Keep in Mind, You may have to delay the video, which i believe can be done with a filter.
