It's because he pays his players well. Charlie admitted multiple times that he runs his Esports at a loss in order to make sure his players are well compensated. This attracts the best players in the game to his org because it's probably close to the highest paying sign deal in Esports. Esports in general is usually barely profitable so most orgs have to underpay players below what you would expect in order to stay alive.

@@maxbracegirdle9990 don’t understand either but what I think happened, was that when valk went down, the tether stayed on everyone. When they landed in the lava, they valk glitched out of the map and was anti glitched or something into a place in the storm. Since they were still tethered it brought everyone and glitched everything

I’ve been maining Valk for like the last two or three seasons and I’ve never seen something like that happen, that’s was a crazy bug and very unfortunate. I can’t even try to explain what happened there
I've seen it happen once before, but the team was teleported to another location that's registered as (0, 0, 0) on the map (somewhere between harvester and fragment if i remember correctly). But this one seems to have teleported them to a completely random location unless the (0, 0, 0) point has changed. However that time they weren't shot down it and just randomly happened.

i think giving most of the winnings to the poeple who play the games is cool and all and you not only funding your team but also supporting them live or congratulating them is probably why moist esports is popping off. the motivation/satisfaction your players have is just the best so theyre performing at their max all the time. congratulations on your esports team and i wish them and you nothing but success but i hope your players do the same by at least donating a portion of their winnings to you by their own choice so it can grow even bigger and support other potential players in the long run
