Most LGBTQ+ couples feel the need to hide their closeness because they are often ridiculed and even censored by pixels--which are used to hide disturbing or inappropriate images. So why is the same applied to LGBTQIA+ couples who are simply expressing love?

Happy priiiiiide!! 🏳🌈As a bisexual who has cis privileges (married to a cis male), I've been ashamed to come out as bi kasi I feel like I'm stealing the spotlight from people who are "more gay". I was also afraid of the questions from family, and the usual "di ka naman bi" or "akala mo lang yan". So it's always nice to see more videos like this representing every and all people from the community!

nasa 5 yrs relationship na ako with my partner. alam mo yung masakit? yung mag kakabahay na kami tapos hindi pwe-pwede na may right din ako to own tapos sa mga membership sa straight married couple, pu-pwede agad i-apply as plus one yung partner nila samantalang kami we have to be separate entity. i’m fearing one day na (knock on the wood) if any of us needs to claim the body (if one of us pass away) wala kaming right to claim yung body. sobrang sakit nun.
kaya important yung SOGIE bill kasi lahat tayo meron hindi lang kaming lgbtqia+ ang specifically sinasabing special pero part of the bill is to have equal rights as hetero couple.
I hope in the future lgbt episodes like this, would have a masc for masc lesbian representation. Happy Pride ! 🌈

am 40 and still in the closet. sure my family might have an idea about it. but like what the guest says, “ok lang na bakla basta mabait”, i mean bakit kailangang may condition ang pagiging gay just to be accepted. being different is quite hard especially if you have a conservative family. sure we’re getting there slowly but i just wish people should be more accepting of somebody else’s preference. hope i’ll be able to see it sooner i guess. and i hope i can join the pride someday 😩

Coming out in your family is really difficult since your parents will have to lecture you with harsh criticism on several occasions. The most heartbreaking aspect is when you believe you're in a safe zone because they're your family, only to have them be the first to reject you.... In terms of how the public treats LGBTQ+ couples, they are accepted but not treated equally with heterosexual couples. Also, if you go on a date and show your affection in public, you will receive scornful looks, especially from older generations. Lastly, I hate seeing professionals negatively criticize LGBTQ+ people when they should be the first to understand and educate others who are unaware of individuals who are LGBTQ+.

I’m a guy dating another guy and I find it awkward and nakakahiya going together or being sweet in public with my partner kasi I realize I am still asking for public validation thinking straight couple is the standard of a relationship and I know that isn’t right. Non-binary means na we don’t identify as either a man or a woman, or that we are not limited by the idea na you can only be a boy or a girl. Some people have different ideas of what it means to them :) Google pa more kapatid; andaming magagandang resources if you wanna know more :)

This interview reminds me of my partner haha. I don’t now kung kami lang ba yung ganto na ako I identify myself as Straight then my partner is a lesbian. We’ve been in a relationship for 10years and hanggang ngayon ang dami pa din kumi kwestion sa sexuality ko 🤣😂 ayaw maniwala na straight ako kasi pumatol ako sa Les. Anyway I hope that one day hindi na mailang yung partner ko everytime we go on a date kasi nakakailang yung mga tingin eh 🤣😂

My partner and i have 3some with his ex many times now. Then one time while his in the bathroom his ex want to have kiss with me. And i tried to decline but he still manage to kiss me. Then my partner saw us. Is that cheating that i allowed his ex to kiss me?

HUmans are either male or female and there are outliers who have a condition called intersex.
Sorry, even when I am part of the community, I don't understand the concept of the need to be even labeled as NON-BINARY.
You're either male or female. And you can have both masculine and feminine traits. Some are sexually attracted to others, while others don't feel that. We don't need a damn label for everything and our identities don't need to be affirmed by any human.
With all this additional letters in the community, it's just confusing and unnecessary, and even damaging to the psyche of society.
Sex and gender are different things. Yes your sex can only be male, female or intersex but your gender can be anything because it's mainly a mental and emotional thing. Some people don't care if they get called He She They whereas others prefer certain pronouns.
Honestly imo just call the person by whatever they want to be called. No point trying to make enemies and antagonize/push them away. Keep your opinions to yourself and everyone can live peacefully (unless you somehow get illness from other people being non-binary)

When it comes to pronouns, I am free to call people as they are-- male (he) or female (she). Pronouns are not names. So, one is not entitled to have their own pronouns. Being sensitive about pronouns is down right foolish and borderline tyrannical if one demands the other of a specific pronoun.

Labels are comforting for some and cumbersome to others. Just because YOU don't like labels, it doesn't mean other people can't. This may all seem new to you but people identifying other than the two genders have been around for centuries. From the two-spirit people of the First Nations and Native Americans to the Hijras of South Asia, they've always been there.
They deserve the respect and dignity that we afford men and women who fall under the binary, regardless of their attraction. Instead of approaching it in a hostile way, why not approach it in a compassionate way? See the world in their shoes. Pronouns are just as important as names, since it is part of someone's identity. You may not agree or understand, but it doesn't need to be hostile, is it? :) You can be respectful and kind about it. You are free to call people as they are, but would you rather be called something you don't want to be called?
You are free to voice your opinions, but so do they and so do I. And we are allowed to also voice our opinions. Respecting someone's identity, treating them with dignity and kindness won't destroy society's psyche. It will make the world a more accepting, diverse and loving place. What destroys the world's psyche is cruelty, war, bloodshed and apathy.
You call it comforting. I call it damaging because people should not respect any form of LIES. GENDER IS, since the dawn of time, BINARY---man/male and woman/female.
