First time using one today. I thought I was missing the studs that had already pre marked. But it was driving them so effortlessly I was like no way. Same perfect depth everytime. Miluakee nailed it
Sadly, Jose will still be aying drywall 22 years after this video was made (16 years from now) Calvin at 0:30 has been installing drywall for 25 years.....
Hey Milwaukee, please let Calvin know that Makita came out with auto start first. Makita calls it Push Drive and has been around since 2014 on their 18V brushless drywall screw gun XSF03MB and also available as a 2pc kit XT255MB (drywall gun & cut-out tool).
but does it have an auto feed for belts of screws? been holding off buying a screw gun till the milwaukee one comes out as all my gear is milwaukee but if it doesn't have and auto feed belt option will have to go with another option. . .also when will milwaukee come out with a new belt hook option that actually fits over a hammer loop. i have both types of loop and don't trust either enough to climb up a ladder with my drill on my belt. have already spoken with milwaukee rep in new zealand and he can't get answers from anyone. . .
We will have an auto feed mechanism available in early 2017. Can you send us a message regarding the issues you are having with the belt clips on your tools?
@@MilwaukeeTool Your collated attachment has design flaw depth setting is slipping because that spring tension pin is too rounded head. Also there is quite a lot play in attachment which causes screw to align badly.
Avoid wasting your money I bought this awhile ago for a project that I just started. The collar setting of screw depth doesn't work. The screws can't be counter sunk. Totally useless. I. Have quite a few Milwaukee M18 fuel tools. Only this one I would classify as a rip off as it comes nowhere near it's manufacturer s claims. You need to release a new model like Makita did and fix the bugs, including this one, the biggest bug ever. Thanks
I see references of an autofeed mechanism as well as a "product planned for autofeed" which is great, I am heavily invested into the M18 lineup already. but please clarify- will it be an adapter for this screwgun, or will you be releasing a different product all together? I am in the market, and have been waiting for this tool to be released. But I wont buy it as is, not when I can get a yellow one or black and green one that actually meets all my needs.(IE-Collated feed) I also will call you out on the false advertising claim of "first in the industry." Just because you coined a different name for it, doesn't make you first. It's a little disappointing to see false claims from my favorite tool manufacturer. As for the belt hook issues previously stated here- bring a steel loop hammer hanger to you R&D department, and have them try to hang any one of your tolls on it. Sure it will hang there. Until you bend over , strecth up to reach, jump, or pretty much any other movement.

Why does Milwaukee put a reverse switch on this gun? You cannot remove a screw with this gun while having to push on screw to engage the tip, stupidest idea.

how do you exchange bit holder??
Is this only designed for drywall screws or is it also suitable for bigger screws like decking etc?
Just drywall. Use the impact for bigger screws
It works with heavy duty ?

What bug??

Look no auto feed with screws belt, it having auto feed with screws belt by dewalt, hilti and makita drywall gun
We do have a product planned for auto feed that should be hitting stores in the early part of 2017.
Is it going to be an attachment to this tool, or completely different tool altogether?
It will be an attachment.
How long is the screwdriver bit that works with the ca55 attachement ?

The white paint is already coming off, typical
Just buy the drywall phillips and use your impact driver. It seems pointless buying an entire drill when i already have a good one
Have fun digging the screw out from the wall once you bury it
rather get the dewalt with auto feed attachment
