It can be. Problem is that you need to be very aware of airflow/direction. And the enclosure needs to be in a space where outside conditions are similar to the ones we try to achieve in the terrarium. Otherwise all we are doing is forcing/pulling in colder and or drier air.
So yes, more airflow can be a pro. When properly thought and planned over. In a closed system as I see in some US dartfrog setups I would for sure add some to create proper air movement.
