I agree. Pimp my edc, duh. Too easy. Sometimes it's not about fixing or changing, sometimes its about aesthetic improvement.
Another vote for Pimp My EDC.
I would call it something like Evolve my EDC or EvolveDC. It’s like Every Day Carry but Evolved Daily Carry.
I really like this format because it shows off the submitted carry and highlights that persons individuality but allows you to show off multiple products that fit into a specific niche. I think it combines the two types of topics that you previously have focused on, gear overviews and viewer submissions, into a very entertaining and educational platform
I like "Refine My EDC" I love the idea because you get to see more peoples set ups in a single video. I like to see what other people have going on. This helps me refine my setup. Great job!
For Josh Cole, if you are looking for a really small brass pen, that refills are easy to come by, I'd recommend the Kaweco Lilliput ball point pen. I use it daily in my wallet and it works perfectly for me. It is a click pen, not bolt action, though and the click is more of a plunger sound vice the destinctive click of classic pens, which can be a little blah, but otherwise it is perfect. I'd also recommend getting the bronze clip for it, since it comes without a clip.
Awesome idea, I like both of the segments. That ARC company wallet is fantastic as well.
Maybe the series should be called: “Equipping eye for the carrying guy”

Taylor, started watching you in the pocketnow days. My fav part about these is the $1000+ edc gear and a 5 year old iPhone haha. Don't forget to upgrade your tech as part of your carry friends!
I like the format and think it is great to have at the end of the EDC weekly. I would call it 'Aid my EDC,' as people are not asking for a complete overhaul, but just a little help or suggestion. Love the show.

Great show suggestions were straight to the point without bias to brands
For brass pen that is short, you can check out Kaweco Liliput ball pen. It's very short and it has a brass body. But it doesn't have a clip.
Lamy Pico is pretty short as well but it's not a brass pen.

UV lights are EXTREMELY useful for bouncers/ security and police, specifically for checking ID's. A lot of states have stuff on the ID's that are only visible under a UV light.
How about Every Day Change-up or Check-up? Keeping it EDC. Idk, something like that.
Also I don't think this should replace EDC Weekly cause I do love that, but I liked this a lot I think it should either be in addition or be a show that you alternate with edcw. Like one week do the standard, one week do the new show. Or month on month off or something like that.
This may be a little too late but I’d recommend a SOG switchplier to Mr. Timothy Brown.
It matches his overall color scheme, is really lightweight, has that cool open action, has a knife, and looks cool.
I found a $7 hide and drink leather wallet on amazon I got it and have been using it for a while and it's been great. It's a single pocket wallet with a little slip for cash on the side.
As far as a brass pen, I'm loving my Inventery Bolt Action Pen. They come in various coatings, as well as a choice of small, medium, or large size. I have the No. 318, which is a small black oxide coated pen; it comes in at 4" long, and 40g in weight.
I just left the same comment on a previous video (catching up on youtube after "vacation"), but my suggestion would be to change it to something like "Enhance My EDC", rather than "fix", or "complete", it. This type of naming would simply imply an improvement to ones existing EDC, as opposed to implying there's something wrong with it or missing from it. I like the idea of this as a change of pace to the standard EDC weekly, as this still lets you get ideas from other people's EDC, while also potentially giving you alternatives to items you like the idea of, but don't quite fit your specific motif, or situation.
Hone my EDC.. Make it razor sharp over time.

I’ve been saying Complete my Carry since you’ve mentioned this and I’m sticking to it. I think it sounds good and fits what you’re doing. I like this show in addition to the edc weekly. Maybe every other week you can switch off between the two. I support whatever you decide though. Take care, carry proud!!
For crenulated bezel flashlights, the Jetbeam Jet II Pro and the Manker T01s may be some suggestions!!

For the guy looking for a more minimal wallet, check out Saddleback. Amazing quality for very cheap. And they have a very minimal front pocket wallet called the Card Holder.

I've been looking at the Pioneer X for ages now, the price hasn't shifted once... the Skelatool is one I need to get my hands on,and see how the various models really feel. Haven't tried a pocket organizer yet, all the options lol. If I really keep things paired down, I think it could make life easier, and protect my tools around jobsite
love this idea. I'd like to see the regular show with a few "Better Damn EDC" entries at the end. That way we get to see the already complete and beautiful carries as well.

M2R pro, olight warrior mini, mini 2 all have dual action buttons with a crenulated bezel
"pimp my edc" was definitely the first thing that came to mind. "up / upgrade my edc" would also work great.
I prefer the second approach, but I think that’s my subconscious not wanting to lose the normal EDC Weekly.
I like the idea of us challenging you (and the Discord) to complete our EDC, maybe with some parameters.

The format on the video is fantastic. While I come to hear what you have to say, I admire the mix of other commentators that you brought in. It adds a solid variety, and gives the whole community more opportunity to be involved. The crossover from Discord to here works nicely, and is a great match for the platforms.

This show was a great idea. Consider this as a once-a-week thing: “MOD-kit Monday”? Best Damn EDC is your thing, man. If you do happen to change it, that’s your call anyway, and it would still be great.
How about “Enhance my EDC”? I wouldn’t mind seeing this as a separate show, that could be cool. But I like the other just displaying people’s pocket dumps. Also can this week or maybe next week be another no theme week? I want to send my edc in but haven’t been able to because of the specific themes every week. Also, personally I definitely enjoy this version of the show, so I would love more of it. However, I still really like the traditional showcasing of people's EDC, so I don't think it should replace the normal EDC weekly. I would suggest maybe making every other week like this or a once a month thing. Just a thought.

Rose Anvil Claude is a great minimalist leather wallet! $35 and excellent quality.
For the flashlight with a strike bezel on it I would suggest a SOG dark energy because they come in many different sizes but all with that strike bezel so I'm sure they have one about the size of the sr baton 2.
And what about the name, Perfect My EDC, for the show?

Like both formats. Really like the 2nd format though as you get thru a lot and can make the recommendations and move forward. In fact may have just found the secondary wallet I've been thinking about. Could see it as more of an additional episode rather than a replacement though.

Random question and late post on this video: but if you EDC a fixed blade, would you still carry a pry bar? I EDC a Schrade fixed blade and a CRKT or Benchmade folder. So, with that in mind, would a pry bar still be necessary?

For josh cole, a good brass pen is the machine era co. but expensive. There is a brass pen on amazon by luke4deals that I personally carry because it takes the ink I like. Take a look at amazon because they have a ton of options but it all depends on the ink, size, mechanism( click, bolt, capped) you want

EDC TLC, looks and sounds a bit too letter heavy but I could dig it.
I like this format more because it brings in suggestions and starts conversations about what is good out there whether budget or material etc. I don't like the edc weekly as much, although great, it started to feel repetitious and also showy of pricey stuff most probably cant afford. Great stuff either way!

On a second note Dan maybe should get a utility knife instead of of a secondary knife. Cutting boxes is still torture, even for the best blade. It doesn't add much weight or space either.

I love my Fenix PD35. I'm not one to spend a bunch of money on flashlights. Granted they aren't terrible expensive but it was compared the other lights around my house. Worth every penny if anyone is on the fence.
Refine my EDC it sounds rustic and like you're refining ore into an ingot making it all come together
