      Thank you for sticking around! I'll get bakc to long form in the New Year (hopefully earlier), but just stopped to focus on my brick and mortar business. Probably not the best move I made, lol!

    I think this is good tip, you should always keep the bar touching and scraping against your shins. Also keep in mind that you want to minimise the amount of knee flexion as this is primarily a hip extension movement. If you bend your knees too far down like that, it becomes more of a squat at the bottom of the lift.

      For sure! 💯 The deadlifts and squats are different lifts for sure. Too low is not ideal in the deadlift.

    This is a fantastic tip, thank you Doctor and yet so simple, only if we put a little thought to our workout it would help a lot, as far as gains also injury prevention.
    Could you do the rdl version please if that's fine with you Doc.

      I ment the distance between the bar and the shin at the start of the Rdl.
