- How to make more money? They say that the morning is the most important part of the day. And rich people always get the most out of the early hours. Well, actually, that's why they're rich. Chaotic morning always messes up the rest of the day, and you can't be productive. So if your plan is to become rich, the millionaire morning routine is exactly what you need.

SUMMARY:
- Tim Cook, Richard Branson, and tons of other successful people are early birds, right? So from that moment on, my alarm was set for 5:30 in the morning.
- Next up was meditation. Doing this practice in the morning allows you to connect with yourself and kick-start your day with positive energy.
- After that, it's good to do an easy 2- to 3-minute workout.
- Practicing meditation also didn't go so smoothly at the beginning. After trying numerous apps and techniques, I found that simple breathing works best for me.
- Having a quick workout wasn't a problem for me. Moreover, it really helped me get in touch with my body and shake off some of the tiredness before showering.
- Making to-do lists for the day turned out to be exceptionally fulfilling and motivating. By day 10, I’d begun to make 2 lists a day: one for my personal goals and another for work tasks and responsibilities.
- About halfway through my experiment, I got into time management, which turned out to be another amazing discovery for me!
- When I found ways to upgrade my career, I turned to my personal life and added one more habit to my routine: writing morning pages. This endless stream of consciousness opened my eyes to numerous personal problems I never realized I had.
- Make it a habit to write down all the things you're grateful for every evening.
- Stay hydrated. Toward the end of my experiment, I read that having a glass of water before breakfast helps to wake up your digestive system and set it up nicely for the day.
- Make yourself a smoothie. Natural smoothies are full of the nutrients and vitamins that your body needs as it wakes up.

Honestly, I've been waking up early, meditating, running, cold showering, staying positive and jotting down my goals since few months and all this started because I wanted to improve my performance in football! and now I'm watching this video trust me, your life will change to the BEST way possible. This routine is absolutely 100% the best. No lies my game skills have improved a lot because of this and certainly, my life overall has taken a positive turn. Less hormonal imbalance and more clarity of thoughts.

yes it is, I am working towards this from January but there was almost no difference till July. But from August I have noticed a big difference, a happy routine. It takes time, it takes experiment and it will make you disciplined automatically when you find the right set of rules that define your working and living style.

I'm 19 y old. I used to do these practices since I was of 13. It won't make you a millionaire but keep you free energetic fresh and happy. Try this if you feel yourself inn depression.
It depends on your end goal. If you are only doing it without long-term goal, then it will fall into daily habits. If your end goal is to become millionaire, then you are sure will find a way. Maybe, finding ideas to start out investment, or invent new start-up business? I don't know. Millenials are the most smartest generation among all generations.

I’ve started my morning routine few months back, literally the experience is super amazing, my personal life and business had taken a positive turn, suggest everyone to try this out.

Most of these routine I am practising for 10 months now. It really works.
I am more productive employee that I never thought I can be.
I want to share what other things I have done to become a better person, I lessen of using social media, blocked and unfriend toxic people, I set a time to sleep, let go of friends who are bad imfluence, stock healthy food at home at start cooking. came to work early and always remind myself to work smart and be good to others.

Except the part were it says exercising, the to feel list, but the rest, it's shockingly similar to my morning routine. And I used to be a night owl too: instead of getting up at 4am, it was my bed time. But when that habit made me lose something very important to me, I decided to change the pattern. Before the pandemic hit I was "thankful" for everything. I have been at my current job for 13+ years. The moment I quit being thankful is when discontent started. When I adopted being thankful again then things went great. I make it my routine to say, "today is going to be a great day" and add some positive affirmations to it and it becomes so. Start the day with a passage of scripture and it too helps. I recently purchased Ka'chava because I don't get enough fruits and vegetables daily and it too keeps me going. I don't watch anything that would bring me down. Turn off the television.

Don't know how you are holding up, but if you are only trying to be a better person ; you will most likely fail. Rather if you set a personal goal , career or health goal maybe, then work hard towards it and follow whatever is said in the video while trying to achieve it, then it would be more meaningful. my name is preethi . i get up early in the moring, then i brush and wash my face. after i work house hold work ,and take bath after that i drink coffee, i go to temple, watch T.V. have breakfest , watching youtube, have lunch, sleep, again house hold work, writing, drawing, singing, talking with parents and friends, dancing, reading newspaper or books evening have tea, house hold works wash face and taking care about face , dinner at last sleep.
Visualise your morning wake up scene the day before you sleep,that would help

I'm guessing TH-cam doesn't really pay that much. And bills can add up, especially depending on where they live.
Yeah but it's not like brightside are a small TH-cam channel because they're still getting millions of views each time they upload which can add up to 2 to 3k every million views, and I'm pretty sure TH-cam pays more than 100k a year or even more for certain youtubers and brightside are definitely one of them.

I recently saw on another video, a tip:
Place your alarm clock on the opposite side of your room from your bed. When it goes off in the morning, it forces you to get out of bed just to turn it off. And while youre up, and start moving around, the motivation will give you the energy to fully awaken.
And whatever you do, dont just go back to bed.
We can add 20-30 minutes of reading books also.

Well who do atheists pray to? Cuz like praying is necessary for our brain if you look at it psychologically, but our beliefs don't exactly match. Although I agree that praying is necessary.

Is there any way for meditating, could you tell me sir, i dont know, sometime i woke up at 6 or 6.30 and then fall asleep at 9 , or 10, i feel not satisfied about this because it not prioductive life
@@mywish4668 First there's difference between concentration and meditation. In concentration we fix our attention on one thing. Set a timer for 20 minutes. Take up any object (breath, heartbeat, space between eyebrows, mantra, contact between your body and surface) fix your attention on it. After a while you'll notice that your attention is not fixed and that's okay. When the attention is exhausted you will feel a deep relaxation. Your mind will reboot. Anything that was bothering you before meditation will lose it's strength. Sometimes you will feel that there's energy rising from the bottom of spine. The energy is like the energy you feel after urinating. It's funny but it happens.
@@mywish4668 About Meditation this word is misused a lot. People are concentrating and they are calling it meditation. It's quite hard to explain what's meditation. So just leave it. You're only here for concentration.
Mayank Singh you just focus on your breathing for 20/30 mins an it’s better to meditate sitting up so you don’t just pass out. That defeats the purpose.

Tbh waking up early in the morning don't trouble me at all. Alhamdulilah I started praying regularly at the age of 11 and now it's a habit to wake up exactly at 5 so that I can pray my namaz and with this I get my perfect meditation too. Don't even need to exercise and it only takes 5 mins. After that just 10 mins morning walk and all set to kitchen to make breakfast for my parents and siblings.

My morning routine is to wake up at six am, then bible reading, meditation or yoga, workout, clean my room, take a bath, cook for my breakfast then at exactly eight am, study( im a student).
This really help me to feel confident and productive for my self .
I was too an owl person but I change my method.
I always alarm my phone at 12 pm for me to sleep then wake up at six am.. A student need at least 6 hrs to sleep and not lesser than that. Promise if u sleep lesser than that u will feel tired all day..

The first thing I usually do in the morning is usually wake up around 6:45/6:50 am for school mornings or around 8:30 am on weekends. Then, I start my morning routine which is brushing my teeth and washing my face.
*My Routine:*
4:30 waking time
4:30- 5:00 Breakfast
5:00-6:30 Workout
6:30- 7:30 shower/school preparation
8:00- 12:00 Study
12:00- 1:00 Lunch
1:00- 5:00 Study
5:00- 8:00 Leisure
8:00- 9:00 Dinner
10:00 Sleep
I'm so sorry but going to sleep at 10 and waking up at 4:30 is 6 hours and 30 minutes. Any less than 7 hours is usually considered unhealthy and 8 hours is recommend to be the most productive.

I used to wake up at 4:30 in the morning ,having a coffee in my garden looking up in sky counting the stars ,after that went for a jog for a kilometer ,went home cook some breakfast,then prepare for work..its just my routine since am was in college...
