I'm interested in the Komplete. There is a place for this Nitro cartridge design amongst pcp, co2. Spring, etc. This is a good shtf option when access to pumps is unavailable. The tuning of this specific gun you tested is probably not set exactly to manufacture desired configuration but for the reasons you mention is acceptable. I imagine Unarex will enhance a gen2 based on user feedback. Another review I watched said the gun is very loud so the different audible feedback is interesting because I want quiet or ability to make quiet. Is the manufacturer compensator removable? I think it is. Taking results only into consideration, the Komplete seems similar to my Armada but with alternative charging options. I like options.
I watched one like that too. In that one it turned out they were shooting.177 and the loudness was the pellet breaking the sound barrier. Which with a light enough pellet the .22 caliber can do as well. Unfortunately there’s no suppressing the sonic boom. But with a normal .22 pellet of sat 14.3 grains you’ll be fine. I’ve tested a lot of suppressors and for the power level this thing is impressively moderated.
If you convert to hpa a 13ci tank you would be 60-70 shots on a fill. For a tank hpa and hand pump hpa on ebay would run just over 100$ for both then all you needed is the adapter. If you always use the nitrogen the price runs around 33 cents per shot. Over time that gets pricey after about 20 tanks . Would be about the same to get the hpa set up that can be refilled with out any more cost. You can still have the nitrogen as a back up source wich would be a convenient back up in my opinion .
@AlsAirguns yup that and you can use the hpa tank for all of your air guns I do even on my co2 powered air guns because I use a externally adjustable bottle regulater on the bottle so I can adjust to any output settings I want. I use 1000psi on my co2 guns I use a dummy aluminum co2 tank with a foster fill nipple so I can teather the hpa tank to the dummy co2. No modifications needed to the co2 guns is needed as long as it stays regulated under 1000psi out put. So it's really cheap to run any of my airguns . 💯💪😉
And this is exactly what I asked Umarex about, because I knew it would happen. I was hoping they would put out their own pcp conversion, because we and they knew the community would.
@PapaTAdventures umarex makes a hpa conversion adapter the javelin hpa adapter will fit this as well. You have to make sure it's not the umarex 88g co2 check valve there a difference in the ratings the check valve co2 88g is only rated for 800psi . The 88g to hpa conversion is 2k ratings but a 2k out put regulated hpa out put bottle reg needed even though the airguns is also regulated. There isn't a tank adapter made from 7075 aluminum 88g to hpa adapter for a 3k out put made by a factory yet. a 3k rated adapter will allow the gun to use a unregulated hpa 3k fill bottle wich will simulates the nitrogen bottles output my personal opinion it doesn't matter either way you go it's going to cost about the same and perform the same either way. a hi rated adapter with no reg just means less failure and leak points in it's application. You also have to remember the all factory adapter has to be set up and regulated currently and if the bottle reg fails that factory adapter actually become dangerous sense it not able to handle a higher output witch is also really dangerous if it fails more then if a after market adapter is made for a 3k output set up. You have to understand the way everything made and set up if you don't one mistake done wrong become really dangerous you have to understand every type of application and account for any possibility of failure. This is exactly why any hpa conversion should really be done by experienced airgun builder or custom airgun shops only and not buy normal users. This is also why you only see overseas conversion videos and overseas home aid hpa build. No one wants to explain everything also responsiblity for anyone lake of knowledge or be blamed for there videos because some one made or did something incorrect or mist something. Then gets hurt . It's part of the reason your not able to make a regular utube video on modifications . I'd say it's also why factory hpa cost the most or more money then other types.💯😉✌️

The ability to shoot both would be super cool. And the HPA cost is reasonable as an addition. Definitely an attractive option!

@@PapaTAdventures I agree a “factory” offering would be ideal and yes, third party seems inevitable.
Umarex responded with Air Javelin, so who knows.
