Fishing for BEAUTIFUL dark black crappies! First trip to Canoe Creek state park!

My first trip to the new location went great! This lake is LOADED with crappie. Didn’t catch anything huge, but got so super dark ones! The Bobby Garland lures continue to do well, and I will be using them more in the future.
This spot also has bass, catfish, muskie etc. I will definitely hit it pretty frequently and probably make it my “go to” spot for filming.

That one super dark crappie is a fully spawning male black crappie or as some call them, tuxedo crappie . Any of them that dark are spawning 💯👌🏼
