Jay, personally I've noticed that a lot of food establishments have really raised their prices. Generally, I tip on top of that, which really makes eating out an expensive experience. I know eating out is a choice, but what are your thoughts on recent price hikes and/or tipping etiquette, particularly when ordering pick up or having to deal with those POS screen registers that conveniently have tip options even for a simple order. Your thoughts, or maybe this is a potential video idea? Anyway, another great video Jay!

My clan somehow decided San Diego, CA would be basecamp for all the Ilokanos moving from Zambales, via US Military Service. Glad it turned out that way, bc Mexicans are there. Philippines used to be a governorship of Mexico, not surprised the similarities. Filipino Cuisine has incorporated plenty of New World ingredients since 1500, so expect this restaurant to be completely at HOME. M
I love Mexican food, and I like Filipino food. There is absolutely no need for this "fusion." There is nothing like eating authentic traditional food, that's one of the advantages of living in San Diego, si many good places.
