It's growing on me, when I saw it on your live I thought that it didn't came up as good as I thought it would, there was something about the shoulders and that gap you need to be able move them around but now, after watching your review, I'm growing to like it and I don't regret preordering it. Thanks for another great review! And thanks for pointing out the articulation of the shoulders. And not just the hidden second joint but also the base pivot joint. Initially I didn't like how the shoulders look like they were attached so low to the body but I saw how you pivoted that armature up. With that bar pointing up, now when I raise his arms up, it looks a lot more natural.
When I first saw him! I wasn't too sure because of the shoulder joints. But after you pushed them in, he looks much better. For some odd reason I thought he was a little taller but thats fine. I don't mind my Autobots being a little smaller. Hopefully we get that Thomas aka Astrotrain soon! He looks absolutely fantastic. As always great review! ⭐🌟

Just received my copy today. No issues but incredibly stiff joints especially right knee and those mushroom peg wrist swivels were scarily tight, otherwise happy with him. Will be messing with him more and transforming him
For the right knee you can just SLIGHTLY loosen the knee screw. But it comes with the caveat that your knee might be loose moving forward and you have to retighten the screw occasionally: th-cam.com/video/_BL6-b6tXbg/w-d-xo.html
Sure enough, I mildly collapsed one of my hands. I was able to get something in there and push it out, so hopefully, it's not too bad. Love this figure overall, glad I started watching this first so I knew about the knee issue at least. Have yet to open the instructions, opting to follow along instead.

I'm replacing my Final Victory with the fanstoys. Same with Brawn and huffer when they come out. Final Victory Huffer is my favorite of the 3 though. If he had some articulation in his hands he might be close to masterpiece.
This figure looks great. One question I have, it seems most all reviewers leave the quality control sticker on their fans toys figure and I wonder why that is? Anyone know?
This might be a stupid question and I know that it is not a part of the character, but would he be able to hold a 5mm weapon (or some kind of weapon) in his hand if I had an extra one laying around? I always like my characters holding a weapon of some kind.
The Sheridan is a remarkably small tank, for a tank. Even to the top of the turret would be shorter than say Prime's truck cab, and the width would be pretty close to the same. So while the Bumblebee car mode looks a bit big in comparison to some of the earlier carbots, the actual Sheridan tank wouldn't dwarf these things as much as Wardog does. It was only a 15 ton tank.
I think Wardog's size is correct. The M551 Sheridan is 247"L x 109"W x 90"H. The Datsun 280Z is 173"L x 64"W x 51"H. The M551 is 6 feet longer. Paik sizing with the 280Z Bluestreak puts it between "Wardog" & "Sheridan". Simply add a Masterpiece human figure to Bluestreak's length, and you've got Wardog.
@@Paik4Life Thankfully they answered me really fast and said they will be sending custom screws to fix the issues to my retailer. Hopefully it wont take to long.
Why are they using a die cast tab into plastic. FT baffle me sometimes, they make amazing looking pieces but then make stupid decisions like that which are obviously a bad idea.
@@Paik4Life can't claim this is my idea but i HIGHLY recommend doing it and just sharing the love as it worked wonders on mine just now. If you are happy taking a craft knife to the figure before transformation you want to shave off maybe 5mm or so from the back edge of the wrist slot in bot mode. Ie in bot more open the forearm slots and its back of the slot on the opposite side to the hands. Doing this creates a little detente that the diecast tab can slide over and it prevents any damage occurring.

The single skirt plate is not good. I hope they change that when they eventually do their repaint like wardog had in its alt. version.
Doubtful. More single skirt places are coming with their Beachcomber!

Almost every 3p and official MP Transformer has QC. I think it's just a matter of how bad the QC is.
