I think here in The States, it would be the fault of the taxi driver. One is supposed to b in control of one's vehicle and and following at a sufficient distance to allow for emergency stops by folks ahead of you.

I can't take the credit for most of the miles, the PO used it as a daily driver 😮 However, its certainly racked up a good few track miles in the last few years 👍🏻

It will still cost you, because now counted as a higher risk. So next time you try and insure your cars etc the cost will go up
