Indian companies should start developing high quality 2,3 and 4 cylinder hybrid bikes because if they want to succeed in European market then they will have to compete with Chinese and Japanese companies
2 cylinder performance bikes have a small niche market, it’s not a volume market. A 800-1000cc parallel twin will be ideal for high end market. 3-4 cylinder bikes does not have a market for a new entrant. Only Japanese make 4 cylinder bikes while triumph makes 3 cylinder bikes. The rest are on 2 cylinder bikes. Africa twin, transalp, HD, Indian are all twin cylinder bikes.
Don't Agree.. Going Up in Cylinders isn't the Solution... Being Authentic and Unique however is. What ever RE has done in the Last couple of years is Phenomenal
In terms of single cylinder motorcycles, domestic companies can certainly lead the way and be the global leader in terms of refinement, power and mileage.
Please make a podcast on TVS and NORTON no one knows about TVS their management how they do their things their are no interview of tvs management on web please make a VIDEO OF TVS MOTOR
Nortons....they ain't mass market producing brands and will operate independently just udner TVS Like those YK Limited editions Occasionally Lamborghinis drop every yr and so on
Hero making 250cc and not jumping on 400cc class is confusing to me. 450s and 500 and 650 and there is 250 …I don’t know how buyers would react to that
Hero is already working on a 400cc Xpulse as well. That may debut in Eicma 2025..From 200 to 500cc they will have 5 platforms..A 200cc oil cooled platform,210cc liquid cooled,250cc liquid cooled,440cc oilcooled and a 420cc liquid cooled one in upcoming bigger Xpulse..Thats a good ICE lineup and hero is also working on bringing in powerful EV motorcycles in partnership with Zero..That makes their future EV plans thrive as well.
Its target audience. Hero sells thousands of low end commuter motorcycles in developing countries apart from domestic sales. For the same reason apple does not make a inr 20000 iPhone.

A very informative podcast and proud that Indian bikes are making the right noise! Wish just like cars, motorcycles should also share an engine to other companies just like fiat engine in many cars!
If any model with Automatic comes under 10 lakhs, game will change. There will atleast one lakh bookings for AT. I already booked AT at dealership end without knowing cost.
Performance EV bikes will require new battery technologies: solid state batteries or batteries with higher energy density with 10-15 min fast charging. The key is to get the power to weight ratios correct.✅
yoo rishad why are u saying that ur hoping that they should bring the ADVENTURE R model ,Isnt it india bounded vehicle ,i mean we have seen the test bike here in india and each and every auto channel said that its coming to india ???? what now????
The R trim is quite tall and most people are spec sheet readers so they get discouraged by 850-910mm seat heights. KTM may not make a business case for selling such low numbers. Even the Enduro and SMC 390's are not expected to be sold here.

Maybe flying bikes too they r developing slowly R&D takes in alot of investment
India can't compete with Chinese volume for manufacturing, and can't match the R&D in Japan/Germany. We are somewhere in between.
I love Rishaad. Pure bike loving guy but with solid understanding of the tech and dynamics.

Rishad concluding the podcast well 👏so much India representation ❣
Can’t agree more, while most of Make in India is a scam, the Indian motorcycle companies are doing exactly what make in India is supposed to be.
6:26 A < 500 cc made in India Ducati would be exciting
Very good Information ❤

Guys ,I just missed ur thought on Yamaha and automatic bikes trends in motorcycles how it goes ,have u thought
plz do add your thoughts on Bajaj and Yamaha.
270 degree is very balanced brands are using it from experience so why do TVS wants to do something which might fail
I want to see more CNG bikes.
Make a dedicated podcast on royal Enfield
Hero should havve gone with round head lamps on xtreme 250 instead of typical edgy setup that's out there on every bike in d market
U really have to be joking 😂😂
That platform will spawn many other bikes as well..Xtreme is a naked streetfighter..This design is apt for it.
RE EV bike is ideal for city rides.
Bajaj aur tvs ko bhi join karna chahiye tha 😑.
Rishad speaks sincerely and speaks like a true biker.,, the other guy looks knowledgeable, but too much show and sound !
Next on dzire's 5 star rating
what about it? why would it deserve a discussion?

I think companies test bikes here as they plan to sell in other emerging economies while they plan to or manufacture here.
Reliable combustion engine is not at Refined potential for long commutes for RE now talking about EV a Far Fetched dream and a worst nightmare.😏
650 and now j series has lot a fans. Do you think the trust come from indians only?
