44:20 Something important every entrepreneur ever says. Is that they brought a competitor or expert in. Really to tell them what they failed on. Or what gave them the most success. And how to hire managers to do the things you cant.

I think one reason why Nicks is so popular, which is based on how long their lead times are, is because they offer such a wide range of styles. From serious professional boots to the ones I like which are the casual Heritage styles. My second pair of Falcons, this time in Oiled Latigo Chestnut, is in the mail and I'm pretty excited.

@roseanvil Weston since you are into fitness. Huge opportunity to get @WillTennyson and @LeanBeefPatty and do a video on how much more you can lift with the ND3 Boots. Mix some fitness and Boots would be fun...

Ugh. This dude lost me a long time ago with the JK/Wesco thing. In my mind hes lost all credibility and its shameful that Nicks keeps crawling back to him.

Awesome to see Nick's interview the guy that got me to custom order my first pair of Nick's! Can't wait for my custom Nick's Chelsea boots to be done!

A "Makers Mecca" is one of the few (pipe) dreams I have as well.

Literally the reason why I bought my first pair.
Was after seeing him cut them in half years ago

Same here. When I started looking for better boots, I saw the video Rose Anvil did slicing a Builder Pro in half. The layers of leather shown in the construction were incredible. I'd never seen another boot constructed like that. The strength of the construction appeared to be better than any other boots I'd seen previously. No synthetic materials, other than nails, thread, and the Vibram sole. That video convinced me to go Nicks for my duty boots. Since then I've also purchased some Drew's RoughShots and Wesco Jobmasters. The ones I wear daily are my Builder Pro's. They are absolutely fantastic boots. The Drews are a close second, but I'm still breaking them in. Once broken in I feel they will be just as comfortable, or maybe even a bit more comfortable, as the Nicks.

I absolutely love the grandeur of RA’s dream “making” shop. I’m an Archives technician so when he described creating a library of boots and shoes I immediately knew he is talking about creating a special collections. If he is serious, I’d be down to help him establish that part of his shop. Great episode with a great host and guest.
