    Always great content. Appreciate all you’re doing with engines.
    Love my FX engines.
    Was running my k302 towards the end of season paired with Hipex 2034 and really liked how smooth the powerband was but still had everything I needed when I needed.
    I have 301EC, 302, 303, 501, 502 and enjoy them all!
    I use the 5ports in truggy with FX2108. Both are beasts but that 502 definitely feels a little bit more aggresive! I want to try them with Hipex 2135 and see how they feel.

      Thank you very much. The hipex 2034 is excellent on square engines. Love the way it feels. The 301ec has been really good to me and i really like the carb that's on there. The 2108 works really well. I mostly run that with a long manifold. The 502 is a absolute beast. The ultimate 2142 does really well on it, but on every engine i try that pipe, i have to richen the high a lot. It does make the topend very strong. The 2135 is a good allround pipe which works good on almost every engine.
      Cheers bro, appreciate the comment and you watching

      Allaspects brother , are you ok. Bit of memory loss. You commented on my FX G501 vid 5 months ago lol....and more FX vids😆
      FX is one of the best engine manufactures out there.
      Thanks for watching bro👊

    wow I didn't expect the numbers to be so aggressive ..granted I have never run their 3 ports. Cant beat FX, those who say otherwise either have never ran them or do know what they are talking about lol. Cant wait for the dyno vid!!. Can you do your traditional pipeset and a Gt pipeset on your engines so we can see the difference in output and character of the powerband with both? I wish you lived on this side of the pond so I can provide you a massive assortment of manifolds and pipes. Wish you and your Family a Stellar New Year!!! Lets burn 50 gallons of fuel this year lol

    • @kings-racing
      @kings-racing  2 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      Think you can't beat a good timed 3 port configuration if all other factors add up and compliment each other.
      Pipe dyno testing is on the list. Going more in depth on tuned lengths and suchs. But upcoming is dyno numbers on cranktiming and port timing.
      Happy New Year to you and your family, all the best wishes for the new year.
      A gallon a week would be possible if it doesn't rain this much and i had more time lol

      @@kings-racing Thank sir! I'll be showing the fam this message tonight when we all sit down for the video. We can wait to watch more results from the dyno days. It amazing what some pipe combos do for one engine and not another. I'm in South Florida so I know alllll about the rain lol

      Treat her right, bearing changes on time and she will reward you with many liters of runtime. I know more racers with 70-80 liters of fuel run through those engines.👌

    Kings you may want to contact Nova and see if they will send you one of their newest 3 port engines for review. Sounds like they maybe getting things figured out. They sent Tebo a couple engines to run and he seems to be impressed by them. Time will tell how they last.

    • @kings-racing
      @kings-racing  วันที่ผ่านมา

      I've been looking at the new x3b Nova's.
      I always wanted a Nova given it's one of the few extra long stroke off road engines around. You gotta have respect for starting such a company with all the time and money invested. But ultimately you will be judged on the quality of the product. And those first engines were not good. Even some rc webshops stopped selling them here. I might give it a try and see how those engines are now. I doubt they will send me a free engine but i could try.

    I'm really considering picking up one of these engines, or an Ultimate that would have the same square bore x stroke configuration... I've found that the Flash Point FP02 is a great engine in a truck, but I'm not sure it's the best for buggy... and I like my Ty2 low profile engine with this bore and stroke, so I might just get another 16.4mm x 16.4mm engine to tinker with next summer. The AD3 engines are screamers as well...
    cheers...

    • @kings-racing
      @kings-racing  วันที่ผ่านมา

      You definitely won't be sorry if you pick one up. I also have the ultimate m3x based on the ty2. I've no experience with flash point engines. Was looking at the ultimate Dakota Phend. Curious what they did with that. I really like the feel of a square engine. Really like the ad engines aswell. Hope i can sort the backplate issue out. Cheers bro, appreciate the comment and you watching

    First!
    K303 is back 👍
    Stuck backplate! Thats crazy,never happened to one of my engines. It will probably come out with some heat.
    226, thats pretty high for a offroad engine, similar to OS numbers. Exhaust duration is low, is that related to the stroke? As it is a square engine

    • @kings-racing
      @kings-racing  2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      O yeah
      That backplate is totally crazy. Never had such a thing. Wonder what's going on. Guess i will find out when it's time for new bearings. Not gonna mess with it now. It's running perfect. Think i might screw it up.
      Exhaust duration is related to the stroke. Trapped volume is about the same on engines. Height is about 10mm from exhaustport to tdc
