Thank you so much for posting these videos! It t is a lovely build. I haven't watched them in sequence, so please forgive me if I missed it but did you do a grabd total for the whole truck? Thanks.
Your videos have been so helpful. My sister and I are trying to complete our trailer ourselves and help would be greatly appreciated! We purchased a trailer that already had the concession style window cut out with a frame. It's 6x3 so what do you suggest would be a good fit as far as measurements are concerned for a serving window?
Thank you so much for that awesome feedback! I’ll be happy to help in any way I can! In my experience, as long as you’re within an inch or so of the dimension of the window frame, you should be good. So a 6x3 would mean anything between 71”-73”x35”-37” should work. Be sure to take your time and research multiple distributors before purchasing. Ive found Lowes to be the best spot (in my area) to walk-in and see a good selection.
Hey that’s awesome! Thank you for supporting the channel! Are you able to send a pic of the window so I can check it out? Send it via the Instagram page “Poor Man’s Food Truck”
How did you mount the interior sliding window in there? Also, do you have a link to the interior window that you bought? I’m going to be do this exact 48x36 window. Thank you!
Check out the previous video on installing the sliding window, I used a wood frame to give me the clearance for the window handle and used HD braces to keep it firmly attached to the wall of the trailer. Sounds awesome glad I could help! Good luck and thank you for the support 🙏🏻

Very nice
Great job. How high from the top did you place it
Thank you! We placed it as high as we physically could from the inside (maybe a 3-4 inch gap from the interior ceiling)
Question when you cut out the windows what happens to the frame? Did you weld in a square?
Good question - I reinforced the frame using lumber and drilled to the frame of the trailer

I’d love to try and help - what do you mean by legs on the window?
