    Hello warrior, congratulations on the endeavor! I'm from Brazil and I have a barbecue food truck and grilled burgers, the work is hard but the rewards will come! Faith in God and move forward!

    I recommend grease/splash guards on the outside 2 top and griddle. 1 safety. 2 prevents splatter and spillage. Isolate radiant heat. If you install so they detach they are easy to pop off and clean. Good luck!

    I ❤ the transparency! Similar matter here & I came across your channel last wk, while I’m about to start my build out, that has been a wish from many yrs back. What I heard was determination, grit, and perseverance. And the evidence of things hoped for. It’s a beautiful thing, when blind faith becomes a reality. Congrats🎉

      Great question - prices have certainly risen astronomically since I purchased mine. I found mine on Facebook marketplace and paid right around $3k for it. It’ll depend on if you’re willing to take a used one, or a brand new trailer. You may still find a hidden gem on Facebook marketplace?

    • @poormansfoodtruck
      @poormansfoodtruck  ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question! Not yet - however I will be bolting to the ground using the flange feet and also securing to the side wall using some heavy duty “L-Brackets” (same ones as I used on the 3 compartment sink). I will also be bolting the tables to each other just for extra security, using some HD bolts and nuts. Hope this helps!

    Question: ...
    What or whom are you look at when you talk in this video?
    Are you watching yourself in the viewfinder?
    It would be nice if you LOOKED at your audience (look into the lens of your camera) that way we feel you are Talking to US... not off camera.

    Way too much talking. You can definitely tell he did not write down what he wanted to talk about! 😂 Rambling for the first 15 minutes; still never explained the pros & cons of cooking with propane or electric. He just showed off his equipment on his truck 🛻. Great audio & visual quality but title the video correctly
