There is a place called Rayetta once you leave Wanjohi town. The views as you head towards Rayetta, my good God! They are to die for..the roads are bad (last I was there) but the views, the views! You can never get enough of that because you are approaching the aberdare ranges and you are so close to the ranges, you think you can touch them. Growing up, Dec was my best times because we travelled from Nakuru where water, firewood, and fruits were not freely flowing..Wanjohi, Rayetta in particular was a haven for the same. We fetched the firewood from the aberdare ranges and water flowed freely from the rivers. The plums! The open expansive fields! Good good times.
Wow, sounds like heavens. That"s a must visit
Quite interesting learning about these village towns, great work. Kindly consider visiting Kariamu town which is a few kilometers from Wanjohi on your way to OlKalou, I'd love to know more about it coz they look similar to Wanjohi
Thanks for the tip, I'll check it out.
Very good job, I like the way you are explaining in details, accompanied by *statistical facts.

I schooled here at Wanjohi girls. I wish u went to the dispensary near the town, it sat on a very serene scenery and you had to cross a small river❤❤
I had visited it sometimes back. The small road leading to the hospital is quite bushy and give that "country" vybe.
I schooled in wanjohi when it was mixed school

Have you read the book “White Mischief”?
Yes, but a long time ago
My home town
Such a beautiful small town
It happens even across the world.
It is called Swinger's club in America. It is an ancient thing. At times adding single men or women into it. There is nothing new under the sun.
❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉
Not me seeing my home right in this video 😂😂😂
Home sweet home
The movie white Mischief which is also a book was the story of wanjohi valley..But why shy away from word aristocrats because indeed kenya was their playground including members of royal family like Prince Edward who was involved in the drama as well.. Very interesting stuff.. I want to drive there one day..
I felt like it was a jargon to most of my viewers. You should drive down there sometime, its a very interesting place
When I first heard of Wanjohi, I thought Uhuru owns the place. Nice video though.
Thank you for watching
Coldest place in kenya
I'd rather you refer to the gender differences of a population as male and female rather than men and women.. I hope you correct the absurdity of such a reference especially to the younger ones. Thank you for the nice vid nevertheless!
Sure, thanks
