I have a connecting flight from bali to new delhi having a halt at singapore for 6 hours and the first flight will land at terminal 4 and the connecting flight is from terminal 2.
So first of all terminal 4 and terminal 2 are interconnected will I be requiring to go through immigration for this?
The flight combination is jetstarasia and aur india

Hi, you can take the shuttle bus from terminal 4 to terminal 2.
Usually if your flights are booked on a single PNR and your baggage is checked through, you don't have to go through immigration to collect your baggage.

Hi i'm travelling from Jakarta to Dubai with a transit in Singapore first, tickets are in the same PNR, baggage goes to dubai right away said the Jakarta staff and i have onward boarding pass, i assume i just have to transfer terminal and find the gate then go to security and just board? It's quite hard to find information desk here.

I have a flight from Melbourne Australia to Singapore (with a 2 hour layover) and then from Singapore to Japan, both flights with Singapore Airlines. If I check through my luggage from Melbourne, do I at any point have to go through customs and immigration? Or can I just go through security and then go to my next gate. I’m just worried now because the layover is short, if I’ll have enough time. I haven’t flown internationally since I was younger so I can’t exactly remember the process. Your video was clear but I’m just still confused! 😂

Hi, if both flights booked in the same booking itinerary/ PNR and check-in luggage tagged-through to their final destination, you don't have to go through immigration and customs, can just proceed to security, then board your flight.
with the same PNR, usually the airline will ensure that you have enough time to transfer to your connecting flight. Especially in Singapore's Changi airport which is very efficient.

Hi ! Thankyou for this informative video. I have a query. I will be landing at T2 and have a onwward flight from T4 after eight hours. My tickets are booked on same PNR. I wish to see all attractions of Singapore Airport during that 8 hours layover. Do i have to clear immigration of Singapore ?

You are welcome! If you plan to visit Jewel and the attractions that are located at the public area, then you have to clear immigration. Otherwise you can stay airside (transit area). You can check out all the attractions in the public and transit area here: www.changiairport.com/en/discover/attractions.html#/filter?tab=all, so you know how to plan your visit.

@@sasawy80 Hi if you book the flights together in one booking, usually it is one PNR number, for example on the official airline website. Usually they will tell you if you need to self transfer/ collect your baggage (not single PNR), for example when the connecting flight is on a different/ non-partner airline.
However if you book the tickets on third party site like Kiwi, passengers had issues before the flights weren't on the same booking number sometimes.
They may be some indications before booking, but unfortunately not always.
PNR is the 6 alphanumeric booking code.
