My initial recommendation is to omit it versus replacing it. You could add the percentage to the stearic acid or to the butter percentage. You could also add the percentage to the water for a slightly less thick body butter.
Arrow root powder also helps with making body butters less greasy feeling. However, using it may change the texture since it's a powder and lauryl laurate is not. But you could experiment and replace it with arrow root powder and see if that works for you!

Can you substitute the lauryl laurate with arrow root since they both act as a degreasing agent?

You can try! Laurel laureate isn't a powder, so the arrow root powder may change the final product.

A 900 g batch fills 4 full size jars (about 7 ounces each) with about 3 ounces left over for samples!

Yes! You'll receive the complete formula so that you can make any amount you'd like to make. The formula download also includes details on how to use the formula percentages to create a batch in any gram amount. I hope this helps. Thanks so much for watching! 💙
