wow banned after 7000hours.. unbelievable! its like he lived his life for 30 years without a criminal record and now they put him in jail for robbing a bank.. doesn't seem fair to dismiss the 30 years right?
Bought it almost half a decade ago. Back then it was a janky, albeit fun early access experience that felt clunky, dusted and buggy. But showed potential. Now it has released and it feels even more dated, more clunky and is buggier than ever before. I just cannot get back into this mess of a game at this point. It would have been great 15 years ago with loooots of polishing.
You can siege a small town /camp as a solo... you kill one mob and interact with the flag for 30 seconds and then it's yours. Further you can harvest the resources there without controlling it. PvP didn't feel like there was a lot of motivation to actually do it. The main quest is like 2-3 hours and gets you to level 50 but the trouble it IS 100 percent fetch or kill simple quests that flow well but feel so shallow that it's just a chore to move through. I started playing and during almost the entirety of my playthrough crafting was totally disabled anyway so there was a lot of junk building up in your inventory, and little motivation to pursue gathering things because you couldn't craft with it anyway. The armor classes are maddening. If you want to use a bow for examples the traditional leather armor give you a penalty. The map is covered with spammed campfires and players can't build up their own outposts or anything so the building system really isn't there. I had a lot fo hope for this game and .... it hasn't felt like it's delivering in most of the categories it made promises in and I am pretty sure that the 2k players the game is enjoying right now will fade VERY quickly. Simply put the 1.0 release is a meme.

Totally disagree. Game fucking owns. Persistent world just like Planetside and Melee body collision so pushing with a shieldwall actually works. Go play destiny we don't want you.
@@zolo-p3p you still need to fight with Melee in this game even if you use a bow. There's no real way to play this with bow only so I think medium armor is a totally fair ask, but I get that this game treats bows as "spell casters" Also when you "melee nerds" fight me I still dunk you so idk. Plus when you are sieging a castle you need bows to counter the wall ballista and enemy archers. They are a necessary evil.

My crew took on a casle and I near solo upgraded all the walls to stone and bastion to max tier but the village out front was constantly griefed and it made the castle more of a ball and chain you had to stick around to defend vs doing other content and pushing. The game also penalizes you for capturing areas further from your home city, and generally just doesn't reward you enough for hold/keeping an area vs the cost of protecting it. If you have people damage your gates but not completely break them they don't repair. Also some castle guard captians are bugged and don't respond when enemies are attacking your doors which just feels bad. When it comes to taking castles you can do it with 2-3 people near regardless of what level of upgrade the castle has it just takes 10-15 minutes of mindless attacking the gate over and over again to kick it down. then rinse and repeat and cap the flag... womp womp. Maybe when they fully implement guild castles things will be better Idk.
can confirm they bann players over the dumbest stuff, even if other players provoke you to the point of you defending yourself and saying something, youll get banned. they favor plenty of scumbags that have a terrible reputation for baiting/provoking players that will report you. I had my RL name used as a character name and the devs told me to "get over it, really"

Every MMO is going to seem grindy at some point. However, this game rewards you for playing it. Levels come FAST. Beginning gear is plentiful and cheap. There seems to be little or no "Pay to win" You buy the game, you play - you cant purchase things to make you OP out of the gate. There is no need to become an Artificer and grind all day. You can literally fight level 100 players and still have a chance to kill them even if you are level 60. This game feels like it is constantly moving you forward. You are always earning points for SOMETHING. Even after you hit level 100 you still have so much improvement you can do to make yourself better. You can still fight and overwhelm a player in the best armor and weapons, even if your gear is mediocre. (It's not easy - but you CAN do it) This is the kind of game you need to make friends, though. You CAN play alone - But you shouldn't. Coordinating fights an battle strats with a battle buddy can take you farther, faster.
Hmmm yes almost got banned when players think I was glory farming with Macy one time. Other things such as keeping battles going longer. Which is devs flaw for keeping keeps lit when they should address it years ago

Bow player crying about not wearing leather armor as if you get hit in the first place go back to fps games this is a melee game bow nerd
