- Loretta Lynn's homes tour! We tour both the Loretta Lynn Ranch and the home re-created for the movie about her lived called "Coal Miner's Daughter." The Loretta Lynn home on Loretta Lynn's 'dude' ranch is literally frozen in time! A lot of questions you didn't know to ask will be answered! Hospitality was so awesome we couldn't help but go back for another day! We found some interesting tidbits we'll share on the tour of Loretta's Butcher Holler home from the movie "Coal Miner's Daughter", the last home she lived in with "Doo" and just how prepared she is for you to visit with an RV or tent! A major sporting event takes place here, too! Which one? Click and see!

Great fun! Coal Miners Daughter my fave movie ever and shes my fave artist. She is definitely one of the few still alive of all that wonderful music. Its fun that you take your fans on the trip too. So many have never nor ever will get to go there like me. What fantastic ranch and surroundings.

What a cool place. I love they have cabins. Since we got rid of the RV, we always stay in cabins like that. I love the Coal Miner's Daughter stage.

Cool fun place and area to explore. Being a classic country music fan that I am, this would be fun to check out. The outdoor auditorium kind of reminded me of the Bar J Wrangler in Jackson Hole, Wy. When you walk through the plantation home and look out the kitchen window you will see the home Doolittle built for her to have some privacy. They lived in the plantation several years but I don’t remember how many. The home behind the plantation home is the one Doolittle was going to build for her initially when he told her he’d build a home. They had more privacy in the one in the back. You can see it really well if you go on the road past the house around to the Anderson cemetery. She passed away in the home behind the plantation home (one of the staff told me that). They hadn’t lived in the plantation home for years but I do not remember how many.

She has really done a good job setting everything up. Love the stage. Looks like they are getting ready for a show. Loretta Lynn is an amazing artist. Love her music, and we grew up on her music too. Top floor is so haunted. I'll have to look up the information about it. Small towns are like that. The rumor mill and gossip mill moves quickly through them. Love the house tours. What a great trip.
It really is worth the trip, especially if you're a fan. A couple of national tv shows have done specials on the hauntings going on...spooky! Thanks for being here!
This was a lovely tour. Enjoyed seeing the home replica and concert stage and general store. There is so much to see here. My parents used to listen to Loretta Lynn's music all the time when I was growing up. I would love to take them to see this place sometime. Thanks for taking us along!
