Hi coach cri 11 during power hitting my bottom hand wrist break and I didn't get power through my shots so plz give me some advice
And my bottom hand grip slips away
Instead of hitting the ball with your bottom hand, try go 50/50 with the two hands, also look to have a strong extended top wrist. Almost like a golf shot... Check out our power hitting videos, there's quite a few, do those drills and you'll be good
