Thank you, the first reason I did this a few years back as I owned some property that had a slope to it, and you can mow it with this without fear of tipping over
I didn't use any spacers and its working fine. I think if i would have it would have been to wide for my 54 inch mower deck I also put water in the rear tires for weight loven it.
The 6-12 wheels do not see very often. They came standard on some of the older garden tractors. I got lucky and got them at a swap. Meet at a tractor show
Well, this is mainly for hills at a different property and yes to look cool. I have other garden tractors that can get closer to trees and fences. But yes, I totally agree
Good morning Lee , good video . I like the wheel spacers . I will be looking for a set next year . 👍🏻🇺🇸
Now I’m looking for the wider spacers
Awesome job I really like the look of dually on a garden tractors
It’s kind of fun plus you can mow on a hill alot safer
I have heard about those spacers but I have never seen them before. They look good on the 6.00x12's
I’m pretty happy with them
Nice video thanks for taking me along 👍🏻👍🏻
Glad you enjoyed
Thanks for watching
Those would be really useful for pushing sand, dirt, or snow. Get a little more traction.
A very interesting video sir.

Duals are always the best set up indeed . Cool looking better stability and way better traction in most cases . Southern Indiana Engineering ?
I like the duals

Cool
Thanks for sharing
Awesome video now I want to do this on my craftsman
It all started with me mowing a hill sideways and was always concerned about tipping over but when you do, Dooleys, it is a whole lot better
Plus, they just look cool
Hi, you should have a 1” gap between the tires
That sounds about right
Those spacers say 12” IPS, that’s 12” iron pipe size pvc pipe, get some scraps of it and cut as wide as you want.
So where would you get that at?
@@MurphyMower check plumbing or landscape supply places, they may have small cut pieces as it’s normally sold in 20 ft length.
@@brianchristen5849 thanks
Will this help push snow here in Spokane? How do the drive belts handle and last? Thanks
I really don’t see any difference in ware on drive belts-thanks
That's too bad those spacers weren't wide enough. I agree, those do look cool....
I need my spacers to be bigger
Ha
Greetings from Reno, Nevada. Where did you get the wheels? I want to do the same. I have Craftsman tractors.
The 6-12 wheels do not see very often. They came standard on some of the older garden tractors. I got lucky and got them at a swap. Meet at a tractor show
Makes it better to mow on a hill plus I think they just look cool
Remember duals will keep you further away from fences and buildings, which means you have more to do with your weed-eater. Look cool.

But yes, I totally agree
Could you run triples with the skinny tractor tires ?
Probably so- just need a bolt long enough
Or maybe get a 2nd set of bolts and go from the outside wheel- hummmmm
🤔
Could use some all thread, just cut to fit
will those work on a zero turn mower
I don’t see why not but I guess it depends on what kind of wheel Zero turn has and clearance
Boy you got too much time on ur hands 😂
I know I know😬
Why?
Mow on hill safer
Less
Likely to tip over
Because he could
@@BSS22193 and that- ha
Maybe ask, why not?
