Troy built Bronco CRT Tiller overview
It looks like the first one you showed has more space between the top of the axle and bottom of the cart and thats why its farther way. Basically its lifted i think. I also posted a video about the correct transaxle oil for the craftsman 6 speed hi lo manual you might be interested in watching
Belt size
I don’t have that with me, but if you will Google the model number, you can go to Sears direct parts and there should be a chart with the belt number in it and then at least you can get the size and part number and probably just get it off Amazon
And if you have the size, we can usually go to tractor supply and buy it based on size
Trying to get my grandpas 1972 sears suburban 15 running again. Has been sitting in an open shed for like 15 years.
First thing I would do is test the spark because the points are finicky
Those trailers sell for a lot of money over here even in poor condition. I have never looked at one of those trailers closely but we have other brands of trailer that little clearance and this is usually caused by them being overloaded and the axle mounts are bent. It would be worth looking under them to see the differences
That is a good idea, thanks
Where can I buy this? Do you have a link?
You can still get Sleve hitch but probably not like this online
Measure the inside of the dump box to see if they are the same size inside. I think Del has a good point. Be good to know the difference, 👍🏻👍🏻👋👋
I’ll do some measurements 😀
Lee , it looks like the axel may be wider on the larger tire trailer .
Yes- that’s what it looks like
I think I said in the video cubic inches but I meant cubic feet
Not sure on the trailer ,
It’s probably just the tire size, but it just makes it look so squatty and small
I believe it’s just a low profile trailer ? There’s other companies that do the same thing. Possibly for smaller tractors ?
@ that sounds right -thanks
A windy day with wood houses nearby. What a good condition to burn the grass today!
Perfect condition
I need to setup a tandem rake dethatcher like that, i just have a single rake dethatcher right now and it took forever to clear the leaves off the plot before started to plow it today. I finished that sleeve hitch too
Murphymower6@gmail.com
If you get a chance, send me a picture of that sleeve hitch
@MurphyMower yeah do you have an email I can send it to
@MurphyMower just saw you already replied with it ill send em over
Access did not look good, great job getting it done. We do not see many Onan's over here
They are great Motor, but contrary to work with if you don’t know what you’re doing
Murray made that model for Sears and J.C. penny.
That makes sense because they are very similar, thanks for the comment
How do you get this model into neutral? For the life of me I can't find this online
I’m not exactly sure the question but it is Hydro so really don’t have a neutral
@MurphyMower thanks. I found a override lever to allow it to free wheel.
@@CraigHagan ahaaa Yessss
Nice fix Lee. Ya hard to work at. 👍🏻👍🏻👋👋
Another one fixed.. good fix.. 👍
Good running motor
👍🏻
Now, that is what is called multi tasking. I like it..😊
Ha - I think it works
I dethatch every two years mostly because I'm afraid o ftearing up my grass. I aerate twice a year. That'sa cool setup.
Thanks
Is it electric or hydrolic?
Hydraulic
Hey Lee , looked good .
Time saving and effective😀
Cool
Thanks
Great setup, it looks like it works very well
Thanks, I think it’s pretty effective
Looks good. That is a long driveway for sure 2:06
Fun to mess with
BAD IDEA,U ARE THINNING UR OIL.SEA FOAM IS A SOLVENT.
I agree I did not use the correct measurements so I’ll probably put a little bit more than what was recommended
Thanks for the comment. I will be changing the oil soon.
looks good. I have something similar for my tractor but have the issue that I can't put a lot of downward force on the blade. You have a similar issue?
That is correct. I’ve noticed some guys will put some kind of weight and strap it on the blade.
That first scraper blade on the yard man is pretty heavy anyway so I think it’s fine. It’s the Boxblade on that Murray that needs laying down if anything.
I found the same Murray in Europe, and bought it immediately
I’m very happy with my Murray and that Briggs engine is very smooth running this may be a keeper for me
You did a great job on the drive and it looked fun too
I did have a good time and thanks
Morning Lee , drive looked great . I want to start on my wheel horse soon . I’ve had so much going on lately .
I hear that happens when you retire
@ 😂 , yes sir . I want to take a wheel horse to Evansville next year . If things go right , I’ll have a new enclosed trailer to haul it in .
@@inthebackyardwithdel438 that would be nice- looking forward to the updates
I like the enclosed trailer. Outta sight outta mind.
Great job. Looks good and some seat time. 👍🏻👍🏻👋👋 The pot holes will come back, sadly.
Yeah, I really need a full-size Boxblade with teeth to fix the potholes properly
use ATF, it works better to get gunk loose, and has a similar viscosity as 10w30
Hummm I have not heard this, I will do some research Thanks for the comment
Does that work pretty good when you add it ti te fuel?
It does seem to run smother after use Sometimes
What brand loader is that? And what fluid do you run in it?
Kwik way loader Hydraulic oil
They didnt forget. Was intentionally. Makes you want to buy the hydraulic or ratcheting one instead. Smack it with a hammer, grind the ears off and then put a weld where the ear was, use a long bolt instead, etc. a few others but thats kinda the gist.
Thanks
Will these work on the 7000 series Kohler motors? The stamped valve covers and gaskets suck on the 7000 series.
I’m sure it will. I’ve put it on many different ones obviously make sure the pattern matches up.
That looked like a fun trip.
Pretty area Fun trip
Nice trip. I liked the fireplace. You should have came a little farther, we could have met up. 👍🏻👍🏻👋👋
So you not to much further north?
I’m in Prince Edward Island, Canada.
Welcome to New England 👻👍
New England is great very beautiful
Hey Lee , that was a nice trip . Thanks for sharing
We had a fun time very beautiful there
It looked like a fun trip. The houses and the bridge were very interesting
Very pretty area it was a great trip
Why would you leave it uncovered or out in the weather. Take care of your equipment and it will be great. I have had the same splitter for 7 years never had a problem with it
Well, it stays undercover for the most part but if I’m using it one day and going to use it the next day, then I’ll just let it stay put
Nevertheless, water should not get into the carb that easily
Not a bad machine for a 2010 whoever had it before took care of it , it looks like
Yeah- it’s a good clean machine
An O-ring between the wing nut and the air filter cover would probably stop any water from getting into the carburetor. Chain saws can have similar problems with dust getting past the air filter.
I will keep that in mind. Thanks
There is a good suggestion
There all plastic junk
You don’t have that trouble with Steel
So my question is if you do replace with new tire why not do this trick with even a new tire?? Would it not extend even a new tires life by keeping it oiled and flexible!?
I have never done it unless it needed it, but it would probably be just fine
How much would you give for it
Seems like I paid $450 for it
Im maling one right now for my 95 gt6000, just bought a brinly two days ago
Amazingly helpful video
Let me know when it’s complete. I would like to see photos.
@MurphyMower im cutting up the angle iron for it now, I bought a zxr2500 winch from harbor freight for 60$ so I didn't have to replicate the stock linkage. I'll probably make a TH-cam video on my tractor once I finish the sleev hitch since I already made a winch mount for the front plus a tractor stack exhaust to get the fumes out of my face
@@CheeseBurgerXJ looking forward to seeing the video
@MurphyMower hopefully it will be done by tomorrow, i found a deal on fb marketplace for 2 craftsman front dump buckets with all the brackets 200$ only so I'm a little behind haha but it was worth it
17,000 dollar mower lolrofl
That is a premium But I guess if you’re out making money, I believe it probably is a good dependable one
Thanks for watching
@@MurphyMower I agree its a good mower I also like the Ferris 3300 lolrof however I've got maybe about 3 acre's of grass to cut and I'm 64 yrs old and I'm trying to decide what to buy I know the transmission is the important part so I'm getting prices for 3000 series and above
@@jamesfields4149 sounds good if you think about it, come back and let us know what you decided on
@@MurphyMower I sure will brother
That is the second mower my grandpa turned me loose on as a young pup, 1970ish. The first one was a three wheel job. Had the wind up spring and throw the lever to spin it to start. The drive wheel was the single in the front. To back up you just turned the steering wheel around. I doubt anyone but me will admit to remembering those so as not to show our age, lol. No safety switches either, common sense was common back then.
Good memories I actually have the mower you’re referring to in my shop. Hopefully, I can get to it in the next few months.
Thanks for watching
The door latch is very cool
Thanks, it’s working out pretty good
Great idea.
I was happy with how it turned out Thanks
It keeps the door shut. I'd let it be. Ibhad an old shed at the first houseI bought. I built a door out of 1x12's and of a 1x4 and a u-bracket out of 1x4's to caputure the latch. It work fine for a lot of years. Looks kewl IMO.
It works for now We will See
