- ALSO at a certain point, no one will ping you. This is because you've been playing for too long. If you talk to a villager, they'll tell you you look tired, to take a break, etc. THEN villagers will ping you again. :)

I read it's also good to empty your wallet. If you have bells on you they might ask you to buy something :)

I just did this and the first villager i talked to (Marshal in this case) gave me a PWP! It was a stone tablet which.. isn’t my first choice in things i want for my town but it’s something! Thanks for the tip!

i hate upsetting my favorite villagers lolol i dont have the guts to trap them. i also dont have a wet suit yet. does anyone know if standing out of sight on the beach or in your house will work for pwp suggestions?
The beach trick works! I did it when I had no wet suit, and I got pwp. ^^
No clue about the house however, haha!
The house might work if you can stay in there long enough for the dialogue to reset, but you always run the risk of the villagers coming to find you in your house, whereas with the beach and diving, they can't.
I would recommend the beach trick, but do some activity in your house like get to the music player screen or do something to not get a villager in your house, stay in there for about 4-13 min. Then leave then do the ping trick and it should work.

How did you get a pink wet suit?!
I've seen the pink one in my shop at the island only twice the entire time I've played. So I know it can be found there, but it's rare I guess, gotta be lucky and check frequently.

It works! i did this and got so many, i haven’t gotten my Picnic Blanket or the Jungle Gym yet though but i’m getting closer!

Yeah :) my town also has the same layout! My town tree is where the town hall is though (town hall is in the dip in the river)
Yeah, mine is identical river-wise as well, save for my “lake” and pond locations. My Town Hall is in the upper right corner as well as my Tree. My Retail is in the lower right corner, and my house is in the center of the map!

At the island gift shop. You buy them with medals that you earn from island mini games.

You are mean! I never have to do any of that to get them to suggest a public works project. They only do that when you are starting out. I am never mean to any villager.
