Keeping away from dairy and sugar, touching your face and burying your face at night in unclean pillow casess is my experience of having acne.Same for rosacea/ lines/spider veins, redness in regard to putting pressure on the face.Just my experience. Relaxing video.

And you need sunlight on your skin to have healthy hormones, regardless of vitamin d. Oh and great asmr. Very nice thank you.

I was given accutane as a teenager and it completely cured my acne and even the scars and blemishes went away. My liver survived just fine.
