I’ve been a dancer for years and struggle with this a little to. If I plan on intensely stretching then warm up if I plan on dancing. However this video is perfect to do before stretching or before dancing so if you can’t figure it out just go for this pne

Because I heard your not actually supposed to static stretch before dancing only when Your looking to get flexible, so like night stretching? But ai heard you are supposed to do dynamic stretch before dance, so is this considered dynamic stretching?

hey ella! if you wanted to stretch you should probably warm-up before stretching so that you don't get injured. hope this helped :)

You should warm up before your dance sessions
