I saw this this morning. Before I had my morning drink. I poured it out. And today starts my day 1. Wish me luck. Thanks for the motivation I needed to hear.
I have struggled with drinking for over 20 years, It has caused traumatic problems throughout my life and I really want to live alcohol free. It is day 2 please pray for me to break this chain and live a prosperous life..
Throw in exercise to double the benefits. The hardest part for me is the same people I hang with questioning the whole meaning of it all and why I did this and why I stopped drinking. I’m being stupid shut up have a drink.
I have started my journey of abstinance from Alcohol. My last drink was 6 days ago. Sunday is a huge day for me in terms of drinking and today was horrendous. I struggle to relax and get bored easily, and the urge to go to the bar is overwhelming. I won't do it, though, and I have gotten this far. Drink has made me overweight. Friends have disassociated with me because of my behaviour drinking, and I have spent literally thousands on it. Something happened this week where it was pointed out, and it hit home. I will succeed and hope you all do too!
@@iandevoy8066 in a similar boat here mate. Stopped for four weeks till three days ago and then just fell off. Felt amazing over the last couple off weeks but blew out. Tomorrow is another day, wishing you all the strength.

One thing only one day of the year I really want to get hammered that’s Christmas Day..,well I’d stopped for 3 years after 2k detox In Marbella Spain It was my 50 birthday I ordered champagne for my guests at dinner and you guessed it ,….just one glass of Moët and I was full on again starting with beer 🍺 and 12 o clock hit the 🍷 Wine 2 weeks later I was back to my Routine my around the clock ⏰ drinking 5 hrs sleep 😴 then ice cold beer for breakfast , and food is a no no Cos you throw it all up body wants alcohol not 🍱 food. My Doctor once told me that only 10% of heavy drinkers suffer with hangovers the other 80% don’t suffer any thing apart from liver and the rest of your organs kidneys pancreatic burn out and as you know the only organ to recover from heavy drinking is the liver can heal and depending how badly damaged by the user can return to normal functioning. Once you cease drinking, However for some it’s two late. They the medical experts on detox that the 3 day sober routines can kill you up to 72 hrs after your last drink ,normally as a result of a seizures due to alcohol with drawel
If you're finding it difficult, getting bored or have cravings then take things 15 minutes at a time.....just say "no, I'm going to hold out 15 minutes and it'll go away" - that's what helps me! 👌
Lglutimine also helps w cravings as most cravings come from our body seeking the sugar booze 🥃 metabolism as. Our sugar levels drop due to not boozing and your brain craves the booze that was skyrocketing these levels. It also helps the brain become more clear and most boozers lack in this amino acid and other vitamins as we deplet our bodies of them by drinking. There are a lot of thongs that help where people don’t need to drive themselves mad it’s just not discussed as much as it should be
@@eveevolution1607 I noticed I craved sugar when I quit drinking and subsequently ate a lot of ice cream and baked goods. All carbs really. Trying to do more fruit and less junk. The reality is that with sobriety it's so much more attainable to shop and cook for healthy food because you're not as lazy when you're sober.
Passing the 70 day sober mark tomorrow! After 25 years of regular, social (and not so social) drinking, I quit. Cravings were intense at first but are far and few between now. Focused, driven, sleep better... yeah - best decision ever! Cheers to sobriety!
It's only been two or three years for me, but I'm tired of living this lifestyle. I used to have so much motivation, these days I'm feeling lethargic and bad about myself. I want/need a change. I hope I can make it 70 days, like you.

Yes you have to keep busy or you’ll drive yourself crazy and have lots of panic attacks Ik this comment is old but I’m 8 days sober and my first 3 days were pure hell I ended up in the hospital twice in a week
@@cecilialopez1001 first off let me say I’m sorry to hear that! Sending positive energy your way so you can continue on your journey! Congrats on being 8 days sober! Enjoy every small win you achieve!! I know it’s easier said then done! But honestly I’m rooting for you!
I decided to do a 30 sober challenge combined with a 20-4 intermittent fasting schedule and primarily eating vegetables and fish. I feel great mentally and physically, sleep way better, I am losing weight rapidly and my overall mood and enthusiasm is through the roof; I am on day 16 now. I have not gone even one week without alcohol since my freshman year in college and I am 52 years old. Instead of a cocktail, I now drink lemon water (1/2 a lemon per 8 oz glass). Kind regards, Troy Duncan

@@troyduncan1969 me too... i'm on a 30 days sober today. I feel very better and sleep better. plus: now I watch movies with my son, instead of sleeping after 5 minutes and it's so funny.
My wife threatened to leave me if I didn’t stop, so I did. On day 3 she was so concerned about my effects she said I could bring it back if I kept myself to 8 drinks a day and reduced from there so I bought some alcohol. But I didn’t partake, I told her if I drink now I’ll have suffered those days for nothing. My journey has begun. And here’s what’s important, she let me off the hook and I decided to quit for ME, not anyone else. Please wish me luck
Hi! I am 12 days clean and sober after drinking heavily (including in the morning to stop the shakes). I found the first 3/4 days absolutely awful to get through with moderate to severe withdrawal symptoms. I was struggling each hour not to pick up. I found talking through what I was going through very helpful. I took a sleeping aid as I was going up to 3 nights without sleep during my drinking and during the first week of quitting. I also gave a family member my car keys and bank card so I physically couldn’t buy booze. 12 days in and I feel amazing. Sleeping for 6/7 hours solid. Hardly any anxiety. My skin looks better, I have so much energy and I feel hopeful instead of suicidal. I have been through AA, therapy and rehab. They didn’t work for me, sadly. I just had to get to my rock bottom. I hope not to drink again. But I’m just taking it a day at a time. Thank you for listening.
giong through the same right now. a sixpack a day and last week for the first time in my life, i started to drink in the early morning... I pulled the break now. Today will be the first day sober in 2 years.
I remember several years ago when I was diagnosed with ADHD and struggled with severe depression and mental health issues. It wasn’t until my mom suggested psilocybin mushroom treatment that things changed for me. Honestly, that treatment saved my life. I’m now eight years clean, and I never thought I’d be saying this about mushrooms!
Let’s be real they saved you from a pretty dark place, man. Mushrooms are truly one of the most incredible things on this planet, and I wish more people understood that. They could tackle so many issues, not just mental health but also environmental cleanup the potential with fungi is limitless!
Can you help with the reliable source I would really appreciate it. Many people talk about mushrooms and psychedelics but nobody talks about where to get them. Very hard to get a reliable source here in Belgium. Really need!
YES very sure of benmycology. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge difference to why am clean today
I hate that psilocybin gets grouped with drugs like cocaine and heroin. Mushrooms are a remedy, not a vice! I went on a microdose treatment for a couple of months and within the first week, every sight of a cigarette got me questioning why I was doing all that to myself. It really works.
I thought cutting back would help...NOPE it didn't! I thought drinking only after a certain time would help...NOPE it didnt! I also tried drinking only on the weekend would work...NOPE it didn't work. I had to totally detox my body and just QUIT!! It was destroying my relationship with family, friends, career, health, finances and more. Just work on quiting, you will feel so much better, focused and see amazing results in every area of your life. Especially think more clearly. Good luck everyone.
I drink everyday, this is day 1 without beer and wiskey, its already feeling hard and im trying my best because of this vid, everytime i want to drink i play this vid
I feel awful right now from a weekend of binge drinking. I woke up this morning nearly in tears from guilt and nausea. It has been a broken record like this for me for years now. I told myself I didn’t want to feel like this ever again. I think it’s time to start on the path to sobriety. Thank you James
I quit drinking alcohol a little over a year ago. How? I asked myself this question: "What benefit has drinking alcohol given me?" The answer was: "Nothing, nothing at all." Then, I asked myself this question: "Has drinking alcohol done me any harm?" The answer was: "Yes it has, many times." That's all it took for me. I quit drinking that day and I went for a long walk. I started feeling better very quickly. I don't miss alcohol at all.
@@forrestb1165 absolutely! There is ZERO benefit to drinking except a nice feeling for about an hour. For that hour you sacrifice 23 more each day in ways you can’t even see. And the negatives you CAN see get worse and more numerous. I’m on day 24 and am sick and tired of being sick and tired-and very tired of ruining every day. What I did was change my association with wine-which I’ve tried before but it never stuck until now. When I think about wine I instantly feel exhausted and nauseous. Even when I see commercials with people socializing and traveling I think “ugh, how can they be like that when it’s all so physically demanding?” I don’t know how I ever drank so much wine-never again.
I quit drinking 8 years now. I was addicted to alcohol for more than 20 years. It was a herculean task initially, but I kept counting days of being sober and finally, I won the battle with myself. I'm happy and elated. And proud of myself. I don't know if this might help others, but it helped me. I used to drink club soda or pop soda to kill the craving. Give it a try. Also, I have quit smoking and it's 12 years now.
Way to go. If I can quit smoking I can quit booze. I preferred smoking over drinking ...alcohol Is tiring me out and zapping my motivation plus I’m putting on weight. Nothing good about alcohol
@@AP-nx6xo Thanks Bro! I quit smoking by fluke. Apparently it was my friend's birthday and casually I asked what he wants as a birthday gift? He looked at me and said, "Quit smoking." Day 5 again....I’m worried about health and losing my life over this stupid thing I’ve done to myself for 15 years. I literally don’t even want to drink and still do, I don’t understand it. Doc said for health reasons I have to quit the alcohol. It’s been 11 months, I’m 70, and I went from 245 down to 185. I never dieted, the weight loss was strictly from the abstinence of sugary alcohol. A 44 waist down to a comfortable 36. Feeling amazing!
I am 8 days sober. It’s definitely been a tough week with its ups and downs but I’m slowly starting to feel like myself again and my body is definitely thanking me. My depression and anxiety generally feel a lot better too. Great video and message. Cheers to everyone taking this step. 🙌
Alcohol and cigarettes addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

Coming up on day 6 tomorrow, I already feel so much better, I’ve been drinking beer for years daily and I’m proud of myself that I’m finally taking the initiative to get clean.
I love to drink, but am not an alcoholic. I don’t drink to get drunk but love a couple after work. Just had a new baby and I’m open to seeing how not drinking at all for a few weeks makes me feel as I’m now in my late 30’s and alcohol hits a bit harder than it did in my 20’s. Thanks for the video, I took it to heart.
My last beer was 4 days ago, I'm finding it so difficult. I can't just have one or two, it's all or nothing. I don't even enjoy it anymore. I've been ill last few days so that helps take the urge away. I gave up smoking 16 years ago, I wish I had the same willpower with alcohol.
I am so blessed!! I quit now for 8 days. First few day sleep was difficult. One night a little sweating of which can be common. However, I have had NO cravings. I think what really helps me is I am a cyclist and walk strenuously on my treadmill. I remember years ago when I quit smoking, when I had the urge and tension to have a cigarette , I went out for a run- CURED my urge. Exercise can help any "withdraw."

Prayers up for you 🙏. Just note that its a slow journey and can take months for the mind to adjust for life without alcohol but very worth it when you stick to it.
I have been sober now for 100 days, after 20 years of daily drinking. I see all these stories and comments from people saying they feel amazing and strong and happier and clearer etc. but I haven't felt any physical or mental benefits. I wanted a drink on day 1 and I still want to drink on day 100. I'm not saying this to discourage anyone- more to let anyone else out there that has had the same experience know that they're not alone. Being sober is not all sunshine and rainbows as alot of people make it out to be- I have saved a bit of money though. Good video, thanks. ✌
There is a "honeymoon" period early in sobriety where people feel euphoric and productive, etc. I was working out hard and eating good, etc. for a few weeks and then things slipped back to normal and the sobriety was challenged. I read somewhere that the most normal time for relapse is around the three month mark which is where you are. Just another sneaky booze devil mindfuck going on there. "The 100 day number is a nice round number in your head, a milestone really. You've shown that you've got this, you're body is detoxed, and you've gotten over this thing. Why not just enjoy a glass of wine, responsibly of course!".....that's some booze devil talk, there will be much more going forward, just learn to recognize it and don't listen.
@@KelvinSmith28 No, that's kinda complicated and expensive in Australia. I just quit drinking and smoking cold turkey. 220 something days ago. I quit alcohol completely for 2 years, not one single drink. I felt exactly how he describes and then some. I was the healthiest, happiest and fittest I had ever been. I have since started drinking again, yet not as frequently and do enjoy a drink every now and then , especially with a nice meal. Those 2 years were definitely worth it. At the very least it taught me to enjoy alcohol in moderation. Obviously not everyone can do this, neither could I at one point that is why I stopped. I wouldn’t get down on yourself for not being able to quit completely. You can certainly mitigate against the worst effects of alcohol with a healthy lifestyle (food and exercise) and a disciplined approach when you do drink (don’t drink to excess or everyday for no reason). Asking yourself why you do drink is also important, you’ll soon figure out if it’s for the wrong reasons. The funny thing was when I was not drinking at all I did not miss alcohol at all, the only thing I missed was the taste of beer. So much so that I would drink the occasional non alcoholic beer to quench that desire. Spirits and everything else was so unappealing it was laughable and to an extent they still are. I like beer and good wine (the nicer kind) and the occasional cocktail but you won’t see me downing straight spirits anymore 🤮 🍷 Good luck to you all. One day at a time!

Been having a 1-2 beers every day of the week for over a year. It hasn't been that disruptive to my life but I can tell my body is not taking it like it used to and I can see it in my face everyday. I'm going to try quitting this week, hopefully today. Wish me luck yall!
1 or 2 ? That’s literally nothing compared to 16 a day. If I drank 2 beers a day I would not be here. Not Judging but two beers doesn’t mean you have a problem. I am quitting because I need knee replacement surgery. If I can do it at my rate you can do it extremely easily. Good luck on that!!!!
@@thegrimspeaker8987who are you to judge somebody else's decision to quit? 2 beer a day still means you're drinking literally every day, you've become dependant, and by any definition it is a problem. Five years without a drink, after forty years of alcohol. Best move ever. Me reason why I stopped was. I was at a wedding and seen five x alcoholic friends having a great time dancing and singing. Me drunk thinking I was having a great time. Realised I wasn’t. Decided then to stop the next day. Happy days. Remember hardest part to stop alcohol is your friends accepting you don’t drink no more. When they do, the rest is manageable.
I’m 2 days in and I’m fine. I trained my mind to think I’m doing it for fun and not suppressing something or just sad and depressed. And when I stop cold Turkey I can go months to years. I have more energy and my mind is more productive when I don’t drink.
I started journaling my feelings and reactions as I started through my own personal process. One of the biggest revelations I've had is most of my consumption was driven by anxiety. As with other attempts in the past, I was also trying to cut out other unhealthy habits at the same time. Which only resulted in heightened anxiety! No wonder I could never 'win'! So I'm taking it one thing at a time now and it's working much better. Giving into that serving of fries isn't the end of the world if it helps you achieve your long term goal.

I am 64 I gave up being a chain smoker over a month ago I was a heavy drinker for as long as I can remember But gave up over two weeks ago It hasn't been too bad too be honest Hope every one succeeds in giving up Cheers Mark
I've sobered up before with 1 or 2 month goals. My longest stretch was 2.5 months. I'm doing sober October! I'm considering giving it up all together just to see what happens. Day 1 has been just terrible as I got trashed yesterday with friends. Thanks for the inspiring video. Wish me luck!
I just stumbled into this video and thanks for the info. It's day 7 for me. I've been drinking every day for the past 2 years. I finally dicided I don't want that anymore. Ive been feeling better this whole week. Going to the gym every day and eating healthy. I just hope I don't relapse. I try to tell myself just one more day and that's been helping. Thank you again. Wish me luck.
14 days ago, I spent 2 days and nights in bed, with tremors and constant, excruciating anxiety. I thought it would never pass. I was on a weeklong binge of Vodka. I drank about 6 liters that week. Everything was dark and miserable. Wake up every 15 minutes, drink a few shots and sleep another 15 minutes. (During my binge.) I've been 2 weeks completely sober, and while I have no issues with beer, hard alcohol destroys me. I drink far too quickly, and for too long. Anyhow, every day now, I have more energy, I'm not texting old girlfriends with desperate messages of inadequacy, and I'm up doing what I love. I do notice my appetite is coming back in a big way. When drinking I'd just drink like crazy, eat and then get sick. Now I eat whenever I want, which is all the time, and I feel awesome. Great video. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing. Sounds like you're certainly doing better without alcohol. Stay strong. Message me here for support: facebook.com/AlcoholFreeLifestyle
Today is day 10. Gained 70 pounds over the last five years as I drank more and more. The final time drinking was a 12-pack of beer and I wasn't even buzzed. Don't feel amazing yet, but no longer feel run down anymore. Just feeling a little better each day and lost six pounds so far. I want to have more energy, mental focus, not waste money, and shed all of the health problems I've been having over the years (fatigue, pre-diabetic, morbidly obese, depression, and hypertension). I'm looking forward to reclaiming life. All of these videos help.

I've been sober almost 2 weeks, drink 4 bottles of wine a night for about 4 years and put on so much weight along with many other things. Sleep still no great, but definitely feel less foggy in the head, and some more energy
Wow!!! 4 bottles of wine a night!! I tried 3 bottles once only and then drunk 2 bottles of wine a day and now about 2 bottles of wine a week now. So slowly reducing it.
Thank you for this message, it’s been on my mind for a long time pretending I don’t have a problem with drink but I do quietly, time for a change I think
Set your quit date for 1/1/2021. That's a month from now. Don't announce it to anyone, just enjoy some final drinks and wean down. Make a plan. Get the fuck outside in the fresh air. Work out, etc. My quit date was 1/1/2020 and I am so glad I was sober during this year especially. I'm her to cheerlead for all those going for 1/1/2021!
Make an effort pay the price , I hit the wall at 6weeks. I prayed the Lord’s Prayer after an Aa meeting where a person claimed prayer has made the difference, he had been sober 17 years, I figuire I have nothing to lose because I was not sleeping and thinking I’m a be that can’t do this, I prayed the prayer that was near Christmas’s 1976, slept like a baby that night , woke up free from alcohol. Still was some tough times but sober ever since , could it of been the prayer, nothing could make me believe anything different, 73 now married 48 years 3 good kids 8 grandkid and 1 great grandchild, retired living my dream off grid in wilderness

Great video mate :) I've been off the beer / alcohol for 1 month now & yeah once you get through the first 7 days you get a entire hit of clarity and focus... Its worth the short term pain... 100%
I'm 40 years old and have been walking on thin ice since i was 16.Although I was able to kick a pill addiction and somehow avoided being addicted to coke and other harder substances, alcohol has been a constant weight.7 days ago I woke up drunk, depressed, regretting and feeling hopeless.6 days ago I got mad and decided enough was enough.I'm almost a week in and feel pretty good and a little prouder of myself. But I did needed a little inspiration to start my day off.Thank you for being here.
Alcohol is the "hardest substance" out there in terms of the shear devastation it causes worldwide. Only difference is coke, meth, opioids are socially demonized and alcohol is socially glamorized. It's all poison.
20 days no beer. Losing weight and feel great I'm going to keep doing it. And I drank craft beers so it's high in calories high in ABV and high in tabs. Probably $70 a week. Good video thank you I needed a little bit of a push.

@@jeffreywilson7225 thank you for the info but I'm not an alcoholic. I just liked to get hammered once in awhile but when I do I do it with style! And with the CoV I have spent too much money and drank too much craft beer and gained the weight and felt like crap on top of it.
I’m on day 8, I feel fine, sleep is a bit disruptive but no more than normal, I’ve got zero cravings, just once fancied a beer, it soon past, I’ve drunk gallons of lemon water. I feel fine only down side I’m blocked up, very difficult bowel movements but I’m sure that will pass. Feeling very positive.
What helps me is being honest with myself. I tell myself there is ALWAYS an excuse to drink. Such as "Why not one last go and get on track?" or "I used to drink only once a week, I can do that again." or "Let's celebrate such and such." There is always some sort of way your brain will want to justify your drinking. I decided to dry out for 7 days and then go on a full body detox. I am only starting up week 2 now but the craving are less and less frequent. It helps if you have a partner. I can see how AA helps some people. Wish me luck!
i gave up drinking alcohol just over a month ago,I have got high blood pressure, its scared me that much i haven't touched alcohol since.I feel so much better.I have changed my diet, stoped drinking caffine and stoped salt and sugar in my diet.I feel reborn, healthier, more energetic,no more headaches and pains in my legs.I feel so much better than I did before.
I quit regular drinking 10 years ago when my son was born 🎉 keep up the good work everyone, drink is a poison it breaks down in to worse poisons. I did it so I could spend my Saturdays with my family and not feeling sick and rotating my life around where to go next to get a drink. When you stop you see how people anchor their social life around where to get the next drink.
I've reached a point of quitting alcohol, not doing it coz of mental issues is because I enjoy it. I'm starting to get eczema on my elbow because of dehydration and now Ive reached my limit.
I use to pride myself on my smooth, porcelain-like skin, my high energy, good memory and great mood. I need to go back to this. I stopped drinking almost a year ago and my skin became flaky. but then became smooth and springy again. My drinking problem came back after my older brother passed away though. It’s gotten worse and now that my mother just passed away a few weeks ago I know I need a new start. I MUST STOP NO MATTER WHAT. There is no upside for me consuming this much alcohol... It use to be vodka when I was young, then gin and now the cheapest whiskey I can find. It’s disgusting what I will consume in the pursuit of comfort. I’m going to stop.
I’ve worked in law-enforcement for over 20 years. The people that get arrested and have the worst time in jail are the alcoholics. The guys that do heroin and everything else are OK after a couple of days. The alcoholics are medicated and stay in bed for usually a week. I choose to stop drinking today. Thank you for your video.
I saw this this morning. Before I had my morning drink. I poured it out. And today starts my day 1. Wish me luck. Thanks for the motivation I needed to hear.

Throw in exercise to double the benefits. The hardest part for me is the same people I hang with questioning the whole meaning of it all and why I did this and why I stopped drinking. I’m being stupid shut up have a drink.
How’d you get on. Did you quit?
I have started my journey of abstinance from Alcohol. My last drink was 6 days ago. Sunday is a huge day for me in terms of drinking and today was horrendous. I struggle to relax and get bored easily, and the urge to go to the bar is overwhelming. I won't do it, though, and I have gotten this far. Drink has made me overweight. One thing only one day of the year I really want to get hammered that’s
Christmas Day..,well I’d stopped for 3 years after 2k detox In Marbella Spain
It was my 50 birthday I ordered champagne for my guests at dinner and you guessed it ,….just one glass of Moët and I was full on again starting with beer 🍺 and 12 o clock hit the 🍷 Wine 2 weeks later I was back to my Routine my around the clock ⏰ drinking 5 hrs sleep 😴 then ice cold beer for breakfast , and food is a no no
Cos you throw it all up body wants alcohol not 🍱 food.
There are a lot of thongs that help where people don’t need to drive themselves mad it’s just not discussed as much as it should be
Awesome tip. Thank you for sharing. I'm sure a lot will learn from this.

Awesome stuff. I'm in the same boat, 4 days for me now, feel like garbage but know the time has come.
I would really love to reach out to him! Is he on insta ?

Even when I see commercials with people socializing and traveling I think “ugh, how can they be like that when it’s all so physically demanding?”

Amen God bless people. Save your health save your mind. Life is better without heroin, cocaine, alcohol and cigarettes. And you have more money in your pocket. God bless everyone who has rejected the devils intentions to be addicted to alcohol and cigarettes etc which can cause so much damage to health.
Can you help me with the reliable source. I'm 58 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Seattle. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them
YES very sure of doc_larymycology. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today
How do I reach out to him? Is he on insta
Yes he's doc_larymycology. Shrooms to me is a natural healer. I know a guy who has used mushrooms in the same way and they have really helped him. mah dudes have safe trips all.
10 days sober. I feel great. I also been in the gym and doing calisthenics! I feel like a new man 🎉
9 days sober. I had the most remarkable dream last night. First time I can remember in a long time that I can dream in clarity.

Stay strong. Watch my new videos at alcoholfreelifestyle.com/youtube and let's get you feeling strong again.
Utterly inspiring, thank you James. Just day 3 now but I’m doing it this time. I’m sick of the fogginess, the sickness, headaches, the bags under my eyes.
Thank you for sharing. Very well done. Keep inspiring others.

I like beer and good wine (the nicer kind) and the occasional cocktail but you won’t see me downing straight spirits anymore 🤮 🍷
Good luck to you all. One day at a time!

That's so right.

Thank you!

Great video mate :) I've been off the beer / alcohol for 1 month now & yeah once you get through the first 7 days you get a entire hit of clarity and focus... Its worth the short term pain... 100%
Amazing Grant. Well done. Thank you for sharing your story.
Good luck, I'm rooting for you! I am proud of you. 👍
Go for it! I'm here if you need support: m.me/JamesSwanwickOfficial
@@johnquest1044 Thank you sir!
@@JamesSwanwick awesome!!!
Keep it up. Stay focused and DM me if you feel you need extra support: m.me/AlcoholFreeLifestyle

All the best to you. Message me if you need support: james@alcoholfreelifestyle.com

@@mmc9828 hows it going 3 months in?
@@emma.l.kinsey Not good, I'm afraid. The longest I've gone without having wine at night is 5 days. Thank you for asking.
@@mmc9828how’s it going now???
