Anyone else prefer TH-cam Music? It's my favourite so far. 3 main reasons: 1. I can add TH-cam videos to playlists. Some songs, like leaked music, live performances etc are only available on TH-cam videos. 2. Excellent music recommendations and auto play. They always generate relevant music to auto play compared to Spotify. 3. I get TH-cam Premium together, which I can't live without.
TH-cam music is great, for real music heads, I listen to a lot of music not on Streaming services and TH-cam Music has 99% of every that ever was released
No desktop app, price increases with premium, lowest quality audio of all services, can't search within playlists, subscriptions tied to your TH-cam account. Many things to dislike from my experience over the years using it.
It's always weird to me how these kinds of comparison videos praise Spotify's discovery features enough to be typically THE reason to stick with Spotify over any of the advantages of other services. A huge factor in my decision to leave Spotify is that it always shoved a deep wall of stuff I had no interest in between me and getting to music I actually like. For my listening habits at least, the Spotify algorithm is garbage. Apple Music immediately started giving me good recommendations after putting up with years of Spotify blatantly ignoring my tastes.
Honestly same here. Spotify never understood me, which is fair, I have wildly varying tastes. Started listening to Apple Music 1 when I was trying out Apple Music and it hooked me. There is one major category missing: UI. Apple sucks at this. It is very annoying to put one song into 3 or more playlists. You have to tap every action again for every playlist. One by one. While on spotify, you are able to add the song to multiple playlists at once. Finding songs in playlists to exchange songs for another version is very confusing the first time. After one figured it out it's OK. But you have to do this on every playlist for that song seperately. Again, same problem, different direction.
Using both, I prefer Spotify. Apple's music stations could use some work; whereas Spotifys Daily and Weekly mixes...I am finding more music to grow my liked playlist
The sound quality difference is noticeable to my ears on iems, Bluetooth speakers etc. Couldn't care about spatial audio tbh. But Spotify's recommendations are top notch. Hence use both.

I am trying to pick between YTM and apple.. I love the apple UI but the mixes and dj sets you get and of course the value with YTP keeps pulling me back to YTM...How long have you been on YTM ?
why is the thumbnail swapped
I also used spotify for years until one of my frends added me to his youtube premium family as member and i realized how less i care for high quality or studio released albums in the day to day life, because i spent maybe 1% listening to music on my amp and DT1990pros and the rest on my crapy earbuds, or car or bt speaker, youtube premium also has no adds on watching videos so that is a bigger plus than whatever algorthims spotify or apple music use for feeding me the next song
I like Spotify because I can use it for free (w ads 😭) but at least it won’t delete my music & it has artists that Apple doesn’t
TH-cam music is better
The fact that nobody is talking about the thumbnail where the logos are flipped
Music streaming services like TH-cam, Apple, and Spotify will fade into oblivion. The future lies in music CDs and good ol' discmen. It's all about getting that tangible audio experience, you know? No more relying on internet connections or pesky streaming apps. CDs and discmen for the win!
DO NOT USE TUNE MY MUSIC. Omg it’s garbage
Who realizes that in the thumbnail he has the Apple Music logo over the phone with Spotify and the Spotify logo over the phone with Apple Music? 👇
Spotify trumps all. Are you able to add local files to Apple Music? No. Are you able to adjust the equalizer in Apple Music? No. Does Apple music have podcasts? No. Do you need iTunes/a computer with Spotify? No. Tell me one thing Apple does better. Exactly!
I mean… the local files system in spotify sucks. Apple music lets you upload your files to your account and play them on any device. Ive tried Spotify’s local files feature many times and it only makes me mad
And theres a whole app dedicated to podcasts. Its called apple podcasts lol. They just dont wanna bloat the app with extra stuff bc the app is called MUSIC.
@@marcoanmoti-sn7ph probably because you don’t know what you’re doing. It can all be done over the phone in a matter of seconds rather than a computer.
@@marcoanmoti-sn7ph and it’s a probably too have it combined into one app?
They both suck. Maybe Apple a little, very little, bit less.
There is no justifying charging money to listen to music, ever. it is racketeering and torches interference. Also, those "radio stations" are not stations at all. Please stop falling for the propaganda.
