Condition 32 is specificity the Disciplinary Action speed buff, though I imagine the Big Earner and Conch apply the same effect (seems easier to do it this way to prevent them stacking). The Conch does have a separate buff (condition 29, TF_COND_REGENONDAMAGEBUFF) which I assume just applies 32 to prevent the aforementioned stacking problem.
The only way i could see that making sense is if it was literally just a script that locks onto and auto stabs backs, which is dumb because the stabbing is the easiest part of backstabbing
I have actually run into someone on official servers who would run face first at teams and stab them to their faces with the kunai, he admitted to hacking and said he wouldn’t get banned, we kicked him but there is some sort of hack that lets people stab people in the face and get a backstab guarenteed

Honestly, one of my favorite things about this whole series is that it feels like an actual show you would watch. The set, acting, and movement really make this feel real, and I can’t forget about the sound design. And KJ and Soundsmith (in canon) are well crafted. I can’t wait for the next episode.

Like I get it strive for the best but if he put out half the quality at a much higher rate nobody would be complaining, jus my thoughts

I'm surprised you didn't talk about the invis watches natural damage resistances - that 20% means that your effective health is once again boosted to 125 HP allowing you tank all the things you would have tanked normally but only under cloak. Activating cloak when youre out of position and under fire is a good idea to abuse that damage resistance in a run away.

what he means is that if somebody would shoot at you, it doesnt make that much of a difference if you have 70 or 100 health. however, it DOES make a big difference if you are at 100 as opposed to 125 health
I meann the only important interaction that changes going from 100 to 70 is shotguns. If you have 100 hp a stock shotgun doesn't 1 shot you (only panic attack or frontier justice crits would) but at 70 health it would. You still die to 1 pill, 1 rocket, or 2 melee hits either way.
2:21 So the only class that can't one-shot a Big Earner Spy is Medic (obviously), but the crossbow can do up to 75 damage, so that's why the Medic class emblem was fading in at the last second.
So with the exception of a point blank panic attack shot, the pyro has no way to one hit a big earner spy. Though that doesn't matter much because a pyro is still a pyro and a spy is still a spy

Yeah compared to the Kunai in let’s say x100 servers, at least you are gaining around 23,000 health on backstab compared to your one health. The big earner essentially turns you into a Touhou bullet hell main character

I'm surprised you didn't talk about the invis watches natural damage resistances - that 20% means that your effective health is once again boosted to 125 HP allowing you tank all the things you would have tanked normally but only under cloak. Activating cloak when youre out of position and under fire is a good idea to abuse that damage resistance in a run away.

what he means is that if somebody would shoot at you, it doesnt make that much of a difference if you have 70 or 100 health. however, it DOES make a big difference if you are at 100 as opposed to 125 health

I meann the only important interaction that changes going from 100 to 70 is shotguns. If you have 100 hp a stock shotgun doesn't 1 shot you (only panic attack or frontier justice crits would) but at 70 health it would. You still die to 1 pill, 1 rocket, or 2 melee hits either way.

2:21 So the only class that can't one-shot a Big Earner Spy is Medic (obviously), but the crossbow can do up to 75 damage, so that's why the Medic class emblem was fading in at the last second.

So with the exception of a point blank panic attack shot, the pyro has no way to one hit a big earner spy. Though that doesn't matter much because a pyro is still a pyro and a spy is still a spy
