Love the extra sketches and humours that go into the story for each video. Makes car reviews less stale. Also in regards to the car, people don't buy range rovers for reliability - they are statement pieces
Actually you're wrong. If you have been shrewd enough with your business or with your wealth to be able to afford one of these, the last thing you want is to piss your money up against the wall with something that's always in the shop.
+AdvancedEliteGaming Because the idea of them being unreliable is largely out of date. They are these days no more nor less reliable than most other cars which isn't to say you don't occasionally get a bad one....
It's a ridiculous test. Push on the fittings of any car hard enough and they'll creak. I was checking out a Q5 yesterday and not hard to get the same noises...
Even if the UK were to remain in the EU, they should just close all the bases and stop manufacturing automobiles forever as the Brits have proven they are only capable of producing horrendously mal-engineered pieces of junk like this.
The XC90 isn't in the same league. I would compare this to the BMW X5, which is also available with a diesel, has much better tech, fewer creaks, and costs significantly less. You'll look like less of a douche driving one too, but sometimes people like looking like a douche. Nothing else explains the popularity of the Prius.
XC90 won't pull a decent sized boat or caravan and won't go off-road. X5 is brilliant tech but the diesels are noisy, the ride is hard and certainly where I live (Australia) reputation for reliability not good. My mate calls his X5 his BMTroubleyou! Despite the video, RRs are no more creaky than any other car if you push your fingers hard enough into the cabin work. Try it with a Merc.......
+MrPeterthepilot How hard the X5 ride is depends entirely on the options. The adjustable dampers make a difference, and the standard suspension is anything but hard. The sport suspension is, but the payoff is a massive SUV that corners like a BMW sports sedan. We don't get many diesels in the US so I don't have much to compare it to, but the X5 diesel seemed quiet to me. It's quieter than the (amazing sounding) turbo 4.4l V8 in the X5 5.0
+Kev50027 Fair point about the dampers and it's interesting that he wasn't reviewing the Sport with the dynamic option which brings the handling much closer to the Cayenne. Don't know which diesels BMW sell in the US but my mate's X5 is noisy as and I find it tiring on long journeys. The RRS I tried is quiet as but then we get the up-graded SDV6 diesel rather than the TDV6 you guys are stuck with.
maybe next version of RR will be better from volvo xc90. quality in volvo xc90 now is better from RR.I have both SUV's and I can tell 100% Im sure volvo xc90 is for 1 level better, for now. Engine and performance on high level for both.
Bajan no one will drop 100k on a river and off-road it, when you can get a just as good off-road car ft half the price. This car is just a really nice suv, worth the money imo
lmao that montage of creaks had me in hysterics
Just watching this now for the first time and that part had me dying

You spelled "humor" with a "u." :-)
Actually you're wrong. If you have been shrewd enough with your business or with your wealth to be able to afford one of these, the last thing you want is to piss your money up against the wall with something that's always in the shop.
+MrPeterthepilot well then why do so many rich people buy rovers? Must not be that unreliable
+AdvancedEliteGaming Because the idea of them being unreliable is largely out of date. They are these days no more nor less reliable than most other cars which isn't to say you don't occasionally get a bad one....
Best review yet. I remember watching those shows with my Mom some years back lol. Good stuff.
Absolutely love the 'keeping up with appearances ' insert
one of the best reviews ive ever seen, 2nd only Rory Reid jaguar ftype review
Brilliant review. You have a great style
I want one of these with an old-fashioned built-in car phone so I can pick it up and answer, "the boo-KAY vehicle, the lady of the road speaking!"
😭😭
For 80K does it come with a loaner vehicle?
So informative! I almost dropped dead when Hyacinth Bucket hit the screen though haha
We all know what Cole's left hand was doing under that blanket.....

Hi Craig, speakers voice is too low difficult to hear your voice. overall excellent review for 2016 Range Rover Sport HSE Td6..........
Thank you for this honest and detailed review.
Did the new models stop catching on fire?
They need to fix the steering wheel and the infotainment system on this and the big brother to make it more luxurious and cleaner inside
I have one but mine is tuned up and now it’s 10x better
he killed me when he said when you want to be like a kardashian LOL!
Please review Mazda CX9 signature trim. would love to see your take on that.
so given its relations with the F-pace, is it fair to assume similar problems plague the jag as well?
You're a hoot , you have another subscriber
Love aybs, best British comedy!
What's the real world mpg like?
And omg that creaking noise was terrible lol
this guy reminds me of Flanders in Simpson's
AMAZING VIDEO I LOVE JT
dream car
Why don't the US cars get the same 300hp power output we get in Europe?
Those creaks and squeaks are ridiculous. I wouldn't accept that on a vehicle half the price of this one.
It's a ridiculous test. Push on the fittings of any car hard enough and they'll creak. I was checking out a Q5 yesterday and not hard to get the same noises...
English? Only the name, now it's an Indian company, very much like Jaguar. As well as Bentley and RR are German companies now.
So does that make Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge Italian then?
+CarWhiz22 YES! American with an asterisk * 😂😂😂
+CarWhiz22 Absolutely
Car is still British, built in the UK. It's like saying Holden in Australia is an American company when it still builds cars here.
+cjdacka I'm English and although it hurts saying it, those car brands are not British anymore.
The BMW 3.0ltr diesel puts out 313 bhp and 472 ft/lbs
North America only gets the TDV6. Everywhere else gets the SDV6, quicker to 60 with 301hp and 442 ft/lbs
Here in QATAR no one buys the hse they buy the sport autobiography or the svr
Its an indian car now, has nothing to do with Britain anymore. Tata owns it
Turd with Craig Cole...
In what world is 25mpgUK diesel good even for an SUV? certainly not this one.
The 25 mpg is in US gallons ya dingbat.
This guy is so hilarious but enjoyed the review though
I thought this was a doco on a crackhead
Save some cash and buy a ford explore. They look the same and you don't have the creaks lol
Uhhh The Ford explorer is less than half the price of this
Lolz

I love craig cole but that is one crappy car just get the XC90.

Your taste in vehicles is on par with your taste in sport, I see. Awful.
This car def not worth 80k
They're a fashion statement more than anything.
They are actually very very very good offroad, though people don't offroad them which is a shame.
but yes it is overpriced.
Clearly Nathan doesn't have one...

Range Rovers aren't very dependable though. If you're looking for a luxury off-road vehicle, i think Lexus is a far better choice.
not my cup of tea.
It's a British car you ignoramus
Its an Indian company 😏
