I'm so glad my son got to skate the opening night session. He's only 14, and was a bit nervous with all the media and large crowd, but he had 4 or 5 great runs and stoked out the crowd! He got interviewed by the Detroit Free Press too. Awesome once in a lifetime experience. Thanks to Everard Findlay for putting on the event and thanks to George at Modern Skate Park as well!
