Not for nothin' but I got mad respect for Ricky too. Ever since he's gotten to Braille, he's constantly been working on uppin' his skate game.

I love how Andy can act so casual about his tricks when they look as impressive as they do.
Andy doesn't know what to do.... so he just does EVERYTHING! Flip, spin, turn, stall, jump, grab. And all at the same time!

I agree with just about everything you said BUT I think we gotta stop always comparing Andy to Rodney. Yes, they have very innovate, inspiring, and "style mixing" styles on the board. They're also both humble, gentle souls, who's personalities are so loving and loveable. They're my 2 favorite skaters without a doubt...
But I think they're just... not interested in being compared like that. Idk, like I think innovators can't simply be reduced to a different innovator.
Sorry for writing a whole essay lol I'm procrastinating my finals. They're both LEGENDS- especially since freestyle was their start, growing even more when they started to use their brains and board.
And also I've like never heard andy anderson mention rodney mullen except for when he received the rodney mullen award.

he's Andy Ampersand Andreson actually who is going through a very small list of "mullen" inspired tricks..not inventing one - so stop comparing him to Rodney . he is a normal ' guy ' .. you think skateboarders are supposed to be something otherwise? Never hold heros in man, that would be a major error both logically and spiritually.

It’s such a strange thing seeing Andy not land tricks, it’s like wait my brain just glitched that isn’t right. Haha for real though Andy is the pinnacle of hard work, great mind space, self reflection, do what you love and you can do it. Major inspiration. To all the Braille team too.
andy is probably one of my favourite skaters, he’s got a great personality, he’s really interesting and most people (even people not interested in skating necessarily) can just watch him skate and be mesmerised

I really dig the Mind Control helmet though I haven't found a large in almost 2-3 weeks. Sandbox said the classic 2.0 Park should be available the middle of July. Can I get an MC helmet before then?
