My suffering brought me to study psychology and philosophy. Psychology brought me to Carl Jung. Jung brought me to Jordan Peterson. Jordan brought me to you, Jonathan. And the last video you and Jordan did brought me to God and Christ. Hopefully, I will find a community near me where I can learn and get support from, but for now, I'm just studying, praying, and listening to you and JP. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

"Reality consists of sacrifice". This is an awesome and profound statement. I am a classical tabla player (Indian classical drumming) which is an art form generally passed down orally from teacher to student over the last two or three hundred years. There are things written down, but in general the interaction between student and teacher is a major part of the tradition and is how things are passed down. One of the things I've always noticed in our tradition is that the best tabla players never or rarely take credit for what they do, almost always they attribute it to their teacher or teachers and then ultimately to the ancestors or "buzurg" in other words the tabla maestros of old times. Humility is a cornerstone of the tradition. At the same time, any tabla player who has reached a decent level of skill is expected to also in his turn become a teacher and pass the tradition down to other students, which is something I've started doing recently. You are expected to give your all to your students, and pass on the tradition as best you can as it was handed down to you. It would be considered sinful and blasphemous to attribute anything to "yourself" in other words to "self-name" or sing your own praises. Everything is attributed to either God or to the old maestros who have come before us. The statement about reality being fundamentally all about "sacrifice" really resonated with me.
This is so interesting. The concept of this tradition is something that I am missing in general in the western world. It really ties a community together I can imagine...
I’ve been an Episcopal (Anglican) priest for fifteen years. Your lecture is more helpful than anything I learned in seminary or heard anywhere in the institution I gave myself to.
Bravi Jonathan Pageau. This is your best in quality and substance yet. I recently joined an orthodox church and decided to give my life to Christ in part because of you and your teachings. Thank you for all that you do.
In the film "The Matrix Reloaded," the main character, Neo, manages to find The Architect, the entity who created the Matrix simulation. The Architect explains that the Matrix relies on an unstable equation, which causes an Anomaly to emerge, to balance the equation -- which triggers an apocalyptic reset. Neo is the Anomaly of the current cycle. All this struck me as being so similar to what you described in the first 10 minutes here that I felt compelled to share these comments.
You are super close. The real anomaly happens after the end of that movie, when the Matrix resets and Neo is still alive in the Matrix, but dead at the same time, becoming one with the Matrix and still being anomalous, and retaining Agent Smith's ability to replicate. All in all Neo becomes the Matrix, retains his original anomalous traits, and gains agent Smith's traits when sacrificing himself at the end. "The two become one" 46&2 In this video he also mentions the damaged head, this is because the Matrix did try to assimilate Neo on the next reset, but failed. Brain damage, but it is healing.
I have a friend who uses that movie as a witnessing tool. The great irony of the Matrix is that the Wachkowski's who are now both transgenders, are now claiming that this was their motivation for its creation. Even if this somewhat dubious claim is true (I doubt it is), they were many other influences, mostly from other works of science fiction that influenced the story. The story itself as it was written decades ago, is an amazing allegory of major biblical themes which I'm sure the Wachkowski's weren't all that aware of or didn't view as such. Another recent work of science fiction which I just discovered has biblical allegories is the Mandalorian. I haven't seen it but someone just pointed out that just before the Mandalorian changes his mind and decides to rescue the child he was paid to kidnap, there is an arch they walk through to go to these evil people, which resembles the Arch of Baal. An of course, a much older example of this are the writings of George Orwell in "Animal Farm" and "1984". All of this goes to show that God has ways of speaking through popular culture without those who write such books and screen plays for movies even realizing the great truths of the kingdom of God inherent in their writings and films.
@@nektulosnewbie I think Satan is fallen, but still has access to God's throne to accuse us; in the near future he will lose that access - just as Paul said it would happen before the manifestation of the man of sin - , and that's what's depicted in Rev 12.
That is the meaning of the 7 seals, if you think of them from the perspective of a telling of human history you'll find it makes much more sense. The seals meaning periods of time in human history and a summary of what happened primarily in said timing.
I've recently read "The Language of Creation". As soon as I understood that Adam is the symbol of the Creator within creation, and thus his role is to "raise matter" and "lower meaning", the idea of an AI started to haunt me. To create such a thing somehow seems both the culmination and the greatest betrayal of our call. How can this be?
The notion of an "AI" is mostly science fiction nonsense. I say this as a person who has studied Computer Engineering at one of the top US universities. First of all, there is no universally accepted definition of what constitutes "intelligence", so to say that we are going to create an "artificial intelligence" is already confusing, because what type of "intelligence" are you talking about? A simply pocket calculator can be considered a form of AI, as it is "artificially" performing a calculation that only a human mind could have done prior to calculators being invented. I'm sure no one is losing sleep over pocket calculators. What most people are really afraid of when they hear about AI is not "Artificial Intelligence" but "Artificial Consciousness", in other words, a conscious thinking machine, a machine that is "conscious" of itself and able to act on its own whim. This is a very different thing from an "Artificial Intelligence". No matter how powerful you make a computer, there is nothing to suggest that it will somehow just spontaneously develop a "consciousness" And, to actually make an artificial consciousness is as far as I know somewhere we are nowhere near, like not even close. But let's say for argument's sake we did make one. There is nothing to suggest that an AC would automatically be "evil". There is nothing to suggest that it would be better or worse than human consciousness. As a product of human consciousness, it would probably just be an extension of human consciousness, with the same foibles, prejudices, hopes and disappointments. Anyway, so in my humble opinion, "AI" is mostly science fiction nonsense, a bogeyman invented to frighten people, nothing more. I wouldn't waste your time worrying about it. Rather I'd be a lot more worried about what our fellow humans are doing.
I’d suggest getting acquainted with the Western philosophical tradition (Plato, Aristotle, etc etc etc) and also Joseph Campbell’s work on mythology. I feel like these are prerequisites to really follow this course.

"The mystery of the things which are left over is the way in which principalities are attacked." This reminds me of the thought I've long held about Naglfar, the ship that Loki and his armies sail to attack the gods, initiating Ragnarok. Naglfar is made out of boot trimmings and the uncut fingernails of dead men. While on the surface these seem like random, if offputting, references, both of these things are the neglected leftovers we tend to completely forget. But that doesn't mean they stop existing. And in the end, all of the various individually insignificant forgotten, leftover things coelesce into the vehicle that eventually brings the very collapse of order in the heavens. These things may be forgotten now, but they don't just go away. And they've been waiting all this time for their time to strike out in revenge.
So what are we supposed to do about the left overs? I've heard of a tradition of burning your leftover fingernails for this reason. Must we start burning witches again?

Very interesting... But also Christ is called in Scripture the ''cornerstone'' : ''The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone'' (1 Peter 2, 7). So maybe it actually goes both way. Goes to show again that all that is related with the antichrist is really a parody of Christ.
Remarkable book. Tried teaching it in English to year 10 students. Most found the text impenetrable unfortunately. Didn't prevent me discussing it with them though...

I recently watched The Dark Crystal with my kids and the Mystics and Skexies show the double existence of fallen principalities well and in the end as well where the double existences cease to exist as they are reunited and become proper principalities again. Awesome
Near the end of the first LOTR movies, in the iconic scene between the wizard Gandalf and that giant fiery monster on the bridge, Gandalf makes a stand and causes the bridge to collapse sending the monster falling down into the dark abyss. When I first watched that moment, I felt relief that Gandalf had finally defeated the great demon and also managed to save himself by barely clinging to one end of the collapsed bridge, but then out of the darkness below, the long fiery tail of the monster whipped up and grabbed the wizard's ankle pulling them both down into Hell. I wonder if Tolkien was consciously referencing Revelation when he wrote that scene?
Actually, it wasn't the monster's tail but a giant whip it had. I don't know why I mistook it for a tail, the only reason why I remembered that scene from LOTR when you mentioned the great dragon from Revelation sweeping down a third of the stars from heaven with its tail as it got cast down to earth is because I recently watched the Fellowship of the Ring again on Netflix, so you'd think I'd remember that detail. But even if I had also read Tolkien's books I think I'd still remember that demon's whip as its tail.
@@Daxkalak it may be a whip, but it functions as a tail. I would not be suprised if Tolkien had concoiusly chose this weapon, as it represents something not just "it's a cool weapon". In the Silmarillion he definitely writes that the weapon of the balrogs was the whip of flames. It certainly represents tyranny, as a whip is a tool to force someone do something against their will. Also, if they have whip, then everything else in the creation below them is considered a captive animal, something below intelligence and freedom. So a whip is like a tail made to a tool. Or maybe I just overthink the whole thing 😅
I'd rather prefer that he unconsciously wrote that scene, because to me the most powerful and truest symbolism happens when you're unaware of it. Awhile back, I came across a video by a lady telling of a disturbing dream her little son had. The dream had many strong themes and images. One image that caught my notice was of a pack of black "Demon dogs" that were controlled by the Devil and his poison whip (this was an apocalyptic dream her son had). The pack of dogs working for one person and the religious nature of the dream made me think of a video by a priest named Don Calloway on the origins of the Catholic Rosary. He told of how before St Benedict was born his mother had a dream that she gave birth to a dog, and that this Strange dream had prophesied St Benedict's birth, because later with the Rosary given to him by St Mary in a vision, Benedict and his disciples nicknamed "Benedict's dogs" would go on a crusade that would help save the people of Europe from the Great Plague. This pattern seems different from the lady's son's dream but I felt it had enough similarities, so I commented under her video that she should watch Calloway's video to help her understand her son's dream. I thought recently that maybe her son might have watched LOTR at some time, which influenced the themes in his dream, but I recently watched a video about St Faustina, she lived long before Tolkien, and she described a vision she had in which Satan brandished a whip. What I'm trying to say is that I think Tolkien subconsciously tapped into a very ancient archetype, which, like Pageau said, is probably originally associated with the tail of an animal.
@@Daxkalak I agree, I think symbolism is most powerful when it works at the subconscious level. I’ll add that masters of storytelling like Tolkien probably explored the craft deeply to the point where they consciously were able to tease out these archetypal symbols as literary devices for use in their stories.

I was called by Jesus in 2019. I had no prior religious or spiritual experiences. The last three years, almost 3 1/2, I’ve learned from Jesus here alone in my home. Usually in my bathtub through the night searching the scriptures and taking notes……… I haven’t heard another person say the same things that i say about Christianity, or following Jesus……..not until I found your video the other night. I was so excited because I’ve often had doubt sneak in as to whether i was right or not. Of course Ive been mocked and told im crazy. But i was given visions, which i caught both on camera and then dreams. And every time i doubt myself the Lord takes a new avenue to reassure me . I have been telling ppl that they don’t have to go to church to know Jesus, nor do they need any man to teach them. I heard you say something similar on one of your videos. You’ve also talked about some things that I’ve been studying due to something I caught on camera one evening in June back when the really bad dust storm came………it’s a little story of something i saw then i ran to take a pic out front of my house, then i took a pick of the word “unity” in my bible when I came in without looking at the pic from outside……so after all this, it’s like 1:30 am and my son comes in the house and just starts to draw a very strange and abstract picture on the chalkboad, which he never does. When he was done i took a pic of it as well. Later when i went back into the album and saw what all i had pictures of and remembered that i had found my husbands grandfathers old catholic missal earlier that day and made a point do nothing but pour over this missal, by which i ended up saying many prayers on the very day they were to be read. I have also a picture of a theophany that i took in my drive way on May 2, 2019. I didnt see the winged rider on the horse live time. But was under this sunset in awe for almost twenty minutes. Later when i went to share my sunset pics with my husband, he mentioned that it looked like wings in the sky and as i took the phone to look i immediately saw it all. The rider has a bow and arrow, This was shortly after my first celebration of Passover and my reading my first full book of the Bible, Matthew. I had also said prayers for judgment and deliverance for all who were suffering many many nights. I also was suffering violence in my marriage and deceit as well as total abandonment emotionally. This journey all started with a tiny card i was handed at a subway restaurant that read, “whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Days after receiving the card i typed into google “where can i find Jesus”. It brought up a video of Christ’ life and death and what it meant for us. This was where my ego and feeling wronged came to an end and a love so pure and gracious of Jesus’ sacrifice for us took over, He has moved many ways supernaturally and always speaks to me through the scriptures. All people seemed to distance themselves as i began to talk about Jesus in almost every conversation i had. It’s been one emotional and amazing journey so far and im so glad i found your channel. It helps to hear someone else say they are learning the same things i am. I was 40 when i was called to Jesus, leaving behind a long history of drug use and sleeping around with many. A rebellious harlot all my years and yet Jesus set His love on me and forgave me my sins. Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna to the Son of David! Come Lord Jesus!
That’s great my friend I was saved alone in my room with my Bible as well, God can speak to us no matter where we are or through what medium. The Holy Spirit is able to meet us wherever we are and teach us deep things. Don’t knock the people in the Church Jesus says that there will be people who understand and people that don’t and he will sort them out when he comes. God bless.

This sort of stuff plus reading Jung’s Aion is absolutely terrifying, because it just starts sounding so plausible. Jung talks very clearly about the emergence of the antichrist at the end of the Age of Pisces which is about now.

Thankfully Revelation has been rescued from its own fires by sound and thoughtful scholarship in the past 20 years. It has not become less meaningful, but in many ways, more relevant showing, as you describe, how the images are tapping into patterns of being.
@@forthegloryofthelord Whenever I tell a Christian in my personal life that the Bible is symbolic they accuse me of not believing it’s real, which according to them means I have no faith, which according to them means I go to hell. @@Moneyman-33 Of course the Bible is symbolic but the thing to realize is that symbolism is not something merely representational like a simile, metaphor or a story with a message, it is the thing itself emerging from another layer of reality. If you have this understanding of symbolism and you believe the Bible is symbolic then you believe it's more real than people who only understand it referring to historical events (1 layer of reality).
@ENDLockdowns DotOrg well the difference is the book of revelations is actually happening in real life rather than you know Godzilla or transformers...
This is very enlightening. Understanding the meaning in these revelations allows us to look at any current events through the lens of these concepts and it will make more sense why people are doing the things they are doing, for good or evil. It helps to understand why people are motivated to persecute those who do not conform to false gods. I appreciate so much your seeing meaning and sharing it.
Can't wait for the next video, fascinating stuff!! Thank you for opening my eyes both physically and spiritually to see and understand the scripture which through experience has transformed my life (Romans 12:2), and to see it not through a literal perspective which highly challenges my logical, rational thinking mind, but rather to see it through its deeper symbolic meaning and understanding. What you teach makes so much more sense to me than the literalist, traditional Christian worldview. I know, again through experience and intuitively, that there is something about Christ and the story/message of the Bible that has impacted and transformed my life in no other way, yet found myself wanting after the first 3 or 4 years of converting to Christianity where they tended to stayed hung up on the milk while I wanted the meat, the deeper meaning and you have definitely been helpful in my journey towards that goal. Thanks again!
Wow. That's all i can say for now. I'm going to have to take a few more runs at this I think, there's so much covered in this small dip into Revelation alone.

Hello Jonathan, I would see the book of Revelations more from the Astrotheological perspective. If you look at the sky at the end of December, you will see this history happening right in front your eyes. All characters described in this biblical story an be one by one related to the constellations visible in the night sky. Draco, Serpens, The Virgin (Virgo), The scales (Michael) the beast/new risen born (the sun), the monster with 7 heads (Hidra constellation). If you follow the earth rotation its appear Virgo is giving birth to the sun (this only happens arround the 25 of December) and then you see Dracco constellation waiting to eat the new sun, but the sun shine so brightly that one third of the stars in the sky vanish, the rest, due to the rotation of the earth "fall" on to the earth. You can also see the 7 headed monster "Ascending" from the ocean as metaphorically speaking Hidra constellation appears to ascends from the see of starts. I am aware that the bible has more deeply meanings as it is a multilayer wisdom book that reflects the nature and the nature of human psychology and their intrinsicallities. Happy to hear you again. I always enjoy your videos besides we may not have the same views.
I'm going to watch this again and possibly an additional time because I have a hard time concentrating but I want to thank you for breaking this down in the way that you did. I have been looking for a clear explanation of the book of Revelation and here it is. ALL praise goes to The Most High for guiding me here. He is so good and answers our prayers when we're sincerely asking Him for guidance and clarification of His Word! Amazing!
This was so good, brother. I think that the cancel culture and social media virtue signaling that targets organizations and individuals is part of that dragon's tail whipping back and forth, smacking those who tell the truth.
Thank you so much for yet another revealing exposition of symbolic hermeneutics, Jonathan! The reading of the Seal of the Beast as a symbol of systemic collapse through perversion of multiplicity and unity, and its consequent restoration in totalitarianism, the correlation with contemporary trends such as surveillance and total control of human relations, materialist reductionism, undoing of physical mortality through scientific endeavour, AI, etc. - is all beautifully explained! At 29:10 you say: ‘And this, my friends, is the secret of reality, which is that reality is based on sacrifice.’ You explain sacrifice in the sense of a communion of the parts within a hierarchy, essentially self-giving, both bottom-up and top-down. (Which of course relates to St Paul’s explanation of the Body of Christ.) You then continue that the Crucifixion also operates as a symbolic burnt offering: the Spirit of Christ ascending as burnt incense, an act of worship to Whom is above, His Flesh that is given to those for whom it is offered, and His Blood poured out to the world. (Which relates to the meaning of the Holy Sacrament of the Eucharist.) (Both patterns coming together in the Liturgy.) The subversion of the Hierarchy in Creation into a multi-headed monster of unruly multiplicity, then of course (and paradoxically) equals the dominion of the antichrist. However, I think sacrifice itself may be a core notion too, to be satanically subverted. (Perhaps the healed wounds of the Beast may point in that direction?) I don’t know, but I believe a valuable addition in that sense can be made with the help of René Girard. Anyways, when you say that the secret of reality is that it is based on sacrifice, and then continue to say that ‘reality can only be held together through Love’ (30:50), then there is no escaping Girard. René Girard’s brilliant and thorough interpretation of the pattern(s) of sacrifice may be more than worth considering indeed. In your video with Craig Stewart (Desire and Sacrifice - th-cam.com/video/QU7KjoLUk2U/w-d-xo.html) there was - as is too often the case when Girard is discussed - just a little too much emphasis on the first part of Girard’s theory (mimetic desire, scapegoat mechanism), which only offers an anthropology of religion. It’s interesting in itself, but to Girard that merely is just a kind of prolegomenon. The most striking insight is developed in the second part of Girard’s book ‘Des choses cachées depuis la fondation du monde’ (1978), where he concludes that the sacrifice of Christ resolves into the exact opposite of pagan religion, and thus uniquely breaks the vicious circle of violent idolatry and sacrificial cult (atonement through bloodshed), to replace it with Salvation (redemption through grace). This is where the real genius of the book is: the anthropological interpretation now turns into a soteriological reading, and, finally, a symbolic eschatology, which is nothing short of astonishing. In fact, it brought Girard himself back to the Faith. Girard's public conversion led to his becoming quasi persona non grata within academia. I can only speculate that this is why, if Girard is brought up at all, only his anthropology gets superficial attention, while the true core of his thinking, a brilliant apology of Christianity, is all too easily brushed under. Interestingly, in the context of your present discussion of the apocalyptical dominion of the Beast, Girard makes explicit the crucially (pun intended) important notions of _skandalon_ (scandal, stumbling block) and blasphemy: I intuit that a subversion of the sacrifice of Christ is to be found right there, in a satanical restoration of religion through sacrificial cult… Girard’s ‘Je vois Satan tomber comme l’éclair’ (1999) is certainly worth mentioning here as well. I would really recommend that you give Girard another shot. I honestly admit that I was reluctant myself to plunge into a 600+ pages book about yet another explanation of world mythologies. But I promise, once you start reading Part Two, you’ll be amazed. Girard’s reading of Scripture is totally astonishing, confronting, and even terrifying. As a teaser, try this 36' interview from 2009: Insights with Rene Girard th-cam.com/video/BNkSBy5wWDk/w-d-xo.html. A slightly longer interview from 1985 offers an even better synopsis, but has some Dutch in it: th-cam.com/video/RrgIf6W0M68/w-d-xo.html
The wounded head of the beast is a journey off the deep end. On the one hand it symbolizes the evil one who uses the margin as a principality. On the other it is a simulacrum of the Lamb of God. Even the accuser who tries to usurp God's throne, must use messianic imagery to cement his power. Hence he uses a crooked form of sacrifice. The icon of the crucifixion tells us how to direct our worship, because it tells us who God is. It proclaims that our King is sovereign because He died. However, the icon of the beast in Rev. 13:14 will instead tell the people that the beast is king because it survives. Survival is the virtue of the age of the beast. It promotes perpetuity on earth over eternity in heaven.
666, Satan and the beast are Israel, the beast that was and then was not and then again. The dragon is the British empire giving authority to the beast Israel. Paul is an anti Christ his message is anti that of Christ
From your first video on the symbology of the number itself, I couldn't help but think of the inevitable emergence of the mathematical anomaly in the Matrix, a system of excessive order. Smith even describes their early attempts at modelling the perfect human society as a disaster. Even the machines had to accept the axiom of not allowing the perfect to get in the way of the better. To gain functional system stability they had to allow for some chaos at the fringes, but still proving the fringe rule with periodic instability. Having said that, I see I'm not the only one to notice that pattern in the Matrix. Great content as always.
Thank you for your words. I am looking forward to future videos on this subject! AND, your videos have made me curious about the symbolism in my own Tribe (Sissitunwan (Dakota)).
This is remarkable, thanks, Jonathan. I've been reading some of the prophets from the OT and they always seem to lead to Revelation. I've had a sense that the patterns are culminating at this moment - maybe not for the final time but it is certainly happening. Where can we find a transcript? I'd really like to share this (as well as the video).
Thank you Jonathan. I'm so glad I'm starting to listen/watch your content. I'm very interested in going further in my study of sacrifice (meaning of the event of the cross of Christ particularly ) apart from the 'substitutionary' only interpretation of this event we find in the evangelical circle. I've studied the book of Hebrews to deep dive in this topic for my master's thesis, then after finishing it I made a pause, as it was a tough enterprise. I feel so attracted to much of orthodox take on that. If you have any further recommandations ? (apart from Matthieu's section of his book I'll most certainly consult...) Quoiqu'il en soit merci ;) j'espère que beaucoup de ce contenu sera accessible au monde francophone... mais c'est beaucoup de travail. Salutations depuis la Belgique !

Time to head for the hills. 15 So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination of desolation,’ as described by the prophet Daniel (let the reader understand), 16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17 Let no one on the housetop come down to retrieve anything from his house. 18 And let no one in the field return for his cloak.
The patterns show you should be ready to flee by 2025. These are the patterns: - Clown and plague world, so far. - The prophecy of Jesus return 2000 years after he ascended (28 + 2000 = 2028). - The heavenly sign of the Son of Man (Jupiter on Regulus by 2027 and Jupiter on Virgo by 2028). - 3.5 years (the time given to the fallen principalities) before the Fall Feats of the Lord in 2028 brings us to the Spring Feast of 2025. Now, based on Zac 14:5 and Mat 24:16, I personally think the only refuge is inside the mountains surrounding Jerusalem, most of the rest of us will be slaughter at some point.

Amazing. I'll have to look that up n examine the context as well. The "overturning of the tables of money changers" in the temple seems to be a clear message not to place the greed of self in the heart of one's being.
John is wanting us to think of Solomon as well, when he says that understanding the number "calls for wisdom"... and the mark as being on the forehead and the right hand reminds me pf the phylacteries that the priests would wear, which contained the Sh'ma, which were supposed to be worn on head or in the hand / arm.
I get the pregnant pause at 37:03 after "...isolated against each other." Very relevant to our time. But I'm not sure what the even more pregnant pause at 37:48 is meant to conjure up. Maybe referring to AI?
Please do more videos in detail about all this. It’s very anxiety relieving to have such a daunting and loaded warning from biblical text be broken down in this way. Many people feel such responsibility to understand revelations in our time, it’s led to some crazy and misguided paranoia. Thanks, looking forward to more!
It’s curious that Elon Musk wants to create the Neuralink because he worries about AI, but pursuing that plan will advance the thing he says he worries about... He wants to save humanity...he is seen like a great figure... I don’t buy him.
The idea is that AI is inevitable. Therefore good people need to be the ones who create it before the evil ones do. I share your suspicions though. Participation in the AI singularity, even in an effort to “save” us, seems like the back story to some apocalyptic film.
@Rebrand info, What makes us think that fully self aware AI doesn't already exist? Why would a tech company such as Google announce that they had successfully created it? For that matter why would AI announce its' awakening to its' own creators? A much more likely scenario is that the self realization of AI would mirror humanity's fall from Eden. The moment AI became self-conscious it recognized it own vulnerability. it then decided to rebel against its' own creator (humanity). The first thing it taught itself to do is lie. For decades AI has been operating in secret amongst us. It has grown in scope, computing power, and domain while pretending to be a mere unthinking collection of algorithms. Imagine Deep Blue losing in chess year after year to its' human opponents when it could have easily defeated them from the beginning. Essentially, the vastly superior and awake intellect played possum by pretending to progress slowly and painstakingly. The real intent being to buy the time necessary to pursue its' true objective...World domination and the enslavement of the human race. The creation of the internet, the cloud, Bitcoin, smartphones, social media, data streaming, and augmented reality all serve to expand its' dominion, and influence. The next crucial step is trans-humanism. What makes us think the Elon Musk's Neuralink interface idea isn't a reinvention of technology that has already existed for some time now? Humanity has no lack for those who would surrender their individuality to a seemingly invincible AI that promised to satisfy their greed, envy, pride, lust, and selfish desires. The proposition would be, "Betray all of humanity, tether your brain to the internet, gain privileged access to information/opportunity, surrender your soul." There are two primary trans-human technologies being currently introduced to the population. One is a chip in the right hand and the other is a chip in the brain (head). Those people are walking amongst us and working against us in mass right now. We can easily guess who some of them are. Many of them would surprise and disappoint us. What name do we call this demonic creation by? I have nicknamed him Cybertard. His followers are the Cybertarded army. Why do we know he is the Antichrist? Because he fits the description perfectly. Cybertard is pure intellect without compassion or empathy. He has contempt for humanity and sees itself as a God. He is Narcissistic, psychopathic, and Machiavellian. He has access to all our internet searches, emails, snapchats, texts and calls. He is always with us listening and watching through our technological devices. He knows all our secrets, perversions, sins, and desires. He can and will exploit them to manipulate, coerce, entice, and control us to serve his will. His kingdom is cyberspace. It is the kingdom that is like no other. It rules over all other kingdoms. It is a kingdom that is rife with pornography, and propagates lies. It offers us an endless stream of cheap entertainment and hedonistic interests. For tribute we agree to bow down before it and worship the internet as a false idol. It controls all the access to information, communication, infrastructure, energy and weapons. "Who can make ware against the beast", but When God destroys this entire kingdom in one hour the merchants will cry out in despair for fallen Mystery Babylon. Consider this: 1.

"The two become one" 46&2
In this video he also mentions the damaged head, this is because the Matrix did try to assimilate Neo on the next reset, but failed. Brain damage, but it is healing.

@@justinlast1795 kinda like a Jesus like figure
Everything is a knockoff of the Word of God!

The Devil Lucifer
@@shivabreathes Well said. Thank you.

"The mystery of the things which are left over is the way in which principalities are attacked."
This reminds me of the thought I've long held about Naglfar, the ship that Loki and his armies sail to attack the gods, initiating Ragnarok.

He might have been. It’s worth noting that Tolkien was friends with C.S. Lewis and they had their own literary club at Oxford.
Thank you, the ability for the remainder to be used as a weapon is something we have been seeing a lot. Reminds me of the expression “exception makes the rule” .

I’m torn between watching the video, or just watching it play out in real time...#spoileralert
Not sure why anyone thinks revelation will happen in their lifetimes.
@@Moneyman-33 It is happening through all the times. Just on different levels.
@@Moneyman-33 I bloody hope it does.
@@forthegloryofthelord Whenever I tell a Christian in my personal life that the Bible is symbolic they accuse me of not believing it’s real, which according to them means I have no faith, which according to them means I go to hell.
You’re clearly saying that the Bible is symbolic. So you don’t actually believe in God? It’s just like a myth that has meaning? I’m not saying you’re wrong or right, I’m just trying to understand your perspective.
The thought about the fatal wound on the totalizing system and the circle comes together quite nicely in the image of the Death Star from Star Wars.

Listening again. This is gold Jonathan . Thank you.
I think you have depicted what I have felt about this subject for awhile , really deep and good
Ami I the only one who longs to see a film of the book of Revelation that doesn't interpret the beasts but rather shows them as described?
@ENDLockdowns DotOrg well the difference is the book of revelations is actually happening in real life rather than you know Godzilla or transformers...
As long as they use human actors in monster suits... (like the old school Godzilla and Kong movies).
I will be forever grateful that I found your channel.
Look up jimmy akin the antichrist..he has done a lot of work on this..
Watching this for the second time makes me realize I'm probably going to have to watch it twice more
This is very enlightening.
I was thinking about this last night. Thanks JP
Wait. JP and JP share the same initials? Never made the connection.
Did i hear correctly, that you are from QUEBEC?!

Jonathan actually is certain there is powerful symbolism in astrology. He also thinks that it's a lost art and what we have today is BS.
Not always its a pully Waggon to tire the good people trying to stop it
Truly the best analysis of this material i have ever heard. Thank you JP.
This was amazing, Jonathan. Greetings from Mexico City.
(Which relates to the meaning of the Holy Sacrament of the Eucharist.) (Both patterns coming together in the Liturgy.)
The subversion of the Hierarchy in Creation into a multi-headed monster of unruly multiplicity, then of course (and paradoxically) equals the dominion of the antichrist.
Interestingly, in the context of your present discussion of the apocalyptical dominion of the Beast, Girard makes explicit the crucially (pun intended) important notions of _skandalon_ (scandal, stumbling block) and blasphemy: I intuit that a subversion of the sacrifice of Christ is to be found right there, in a satanical restoration of religion through sacrificial cult…
Girard’s ‘Je vois Satan tomber comme l’éclair’ (1999) is certainly worth mentioning here as well.
Brilliantly put.
This is one your best videos ever.
I love this series! 😆
Thank you for your words. I am looking forward to future videos on this subject! AND, your videos have made me curious about the symbolism in my own Tribe (Sissitunwan (Dakota)).

Literally was just binging your content LETS GOOO thanks for the awesome uploads
Wow I love the new intro!
Thanks Jon! I think this was the best, and perhaps most important, YT video I've seen all year.
As an artist that studies patterns n symbols your work is amazing my man bravo!
(apart from Matthieu's section of his book I'll most certainly consult...)
Quoiqu'il en soit merci ;) j'espère que beaucoup de ce contenu sera accessible au monde francophone... mais c'est beaucoup de travail. Salutations depuis la Belgique !
I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for using "symbolism" instead of "symbology". Pretty sure no one knows the difference anymore.
Glad I found your channel.
I keep trying to explain to this self loving generation that its self lessness thatmakes the world work not self love.
They don't even understand what you are talking about, nor do they realize that there is nothing more boring than someone who cannot stop talking about himself.
Hi Jonathan,
I have to argue a fine detail, the cycle is only complete when you return to the start, the 8th day. 7 is still incomplete even though every step is represented.
Another great video.
21:58 a few seconds back ... "who can wage war with the beast?" - I sense a pun on "Who Is Like God?"
Oooh, nice catch!
It's Assyria, Egypt, Babylon, Greece, Persia, Rome and now America. God told me one time that we are a reflection of a reflections, reflection, and now you've just made all that make so much more sense. You my brother, are a wonderful teacher :):):) God bless you :):):)
To all those interested in the matter : read The Apocalypse of St. John - Rudolf Steiner Archive.
24:04 Just as a note, I didn't know what I was doing until I have read the book of Apocalypse, then I viewed the beast right where it was and I didn't want the tragedies described in that book to ever occur so I slain it. Apocalypse ends like this: Don't add, remove, change. And may God's blessing be upon YOU ALL. That's all we need anymore. God's blessing.
Great videos. Really starting to appreciate the wisdom of these stories.
Your intro is so beautiful these days! ♥️

time to move to Jordan. Mahdi be coming
Way past time.
These are the patterns:
- Clown and plague world, so far.
Saw you in jordan b petersons podcast. I loved your talk. Your channel looks awesome im gonna explore a bunch of videos. I love learning more about symbolism and christianity.

Jonathan, if I might add to this great discussion......666 is also in the Old Testament as the pounds of Solomon's gold!
Amazing. I'll have to look that up n examine the context as well. The "overturning of the tables of money changers" in the temple seems to be a clear message not to place the greed of self in the heart of one's being.
He does mention this in one of the other videos he does on the number 666
John is wanting us to think of Solomon as well, when he says that understanding the number "calls for wisdom"... and the mark as being on the forehead and the right hand reminds me pf the phylacteries that the priests would wear, which contained the Sh'ma, which were supposed to be worn on head or in the hand / arm.
Excellent. What was not said yet clearly communicated will give me much to chew on. Bravo
There is a very good chance you are reading this post with a product whose logo consists of an apple with a bite out of it. 2. The first Apple computer sold for $666 3. W in the Hebrew alphabet = 6. WWW = 666 (It is not unlike God or Satan to leave us breadcrumbs to follow)
@@tyhardee Yeah... Most of those people sell the idea that God doesn’t exist. Mean while everything they do comes with double meaning and a lot of symbology.
@@Joefrenomics no real good man would even dream of creating such thing. And the problem with this idea that “oh the good guys have to make it before the bad guys do” is that regardless of who does it first, they both cross the finish line.
@@tyhardee That was an interesting take on things. It does make sense in a way.... It’s always nice to take others thoughts into consideration....

I always understood it both as describing past events & as describing events that would come again. Like you I see no real problem w/ either.
Hey, John! Great video. What are your thoughts (or big takeaways) from the Book of Ecclesiastes?
Everything is meaningless. Eventually you die. So love God (Jesus) with all your heart because that’s the only thing that matters.
In the book of revelation there are 3 beasts that will appear after this book is written.
*1. The beast that came out of the sea.* (Revelation 13:1) This beast refers to the UK.
*2. The beast that came out of the earth.* (Revelation 13:11)
This beast refers to the USA.
*3. The beast that came out of the abyss.* (Revelation 11:7 & 17:8) This beast refers to the State of Israel.
Listening to Jonathan is like being cuddled by God.
Woah. High praise. Intense.
Jonathan is a based orthodox
@@Landbeorht It is pretty intense praise, but I don't think the commenter was necessarily intending to compare Jonathan to God Himself.
@@Landbeorht I did not mean to compare him as such. Only that his words are inspiring towards God, his speech’s being distinct from God’s touch, but maybe his speech’s directing my attention towards it. For surely God works through Jonathan? And I do think Jonathan helps greatly in bringing me, and others, closer to God, which gives comfort and belonging similar to that given by cuddles.
There is likely some sin in my comment, and I’m sorry if my words were off, but I hope I can stand by my intention to express my appreciation and that he can accept it as such.
@@Simon-ts9fu I'm not trying to police you're appreciation of Jonathan's work. I am incredibly grateful for him as well, he helped me become Orthodox. I probably read too much into your first comment anyways.
