I don't have a dyno. But I'm a veteran of Afghanistan, and married a beautiful Lebanese Christian woman with strong family values. I did a 5mm stroker crank, installed a 105.5mm piston and cylinder 11:1 compression piston full Hinson clutch basket and springs, plus 3mm intake valves and plus 2mm exhaust valves. Stage 3 cam, EFI controller freed up the exhaust system and air intake, at 75mph in 4th gear I can pull it up then shift in 5th and it's stupid. Not sure what numbers on hp? Guessing maybe close to 80hp? Idk.... But the fun factor more than doubled and that's what counts with me. I did a few other things as well. My daughter Yamaha blaster I did a port n polish and increased the compression to the limits for pump gas and changed the carb from a 28mm to a 34mm mikuni carb, also went with a taller sprocket up front and put 22 tall out back and 23 tall up front. I know it's probably hard to believe but it will beat my brothers Polaris scramble 400cc 2-stroke on take off and top end. My daughter is 18 and loves riding. After a few years hopefully I can find a old YZ 490 to build up. Just got to build it with a 5 speed gear box from the IT, would be awesome. Great video. Take care of yourself and your family my friend.
First off, thank you for your sacrifice and service to our great country. Sounds like you have a great gal! Your Raptor is probably north of 80hp 🦾🦾 Have fun riding!!
Daaaaang!!! 71hp!! Man you making big numbers brobro!! And how sweet is it that you are able to put the BBK on yourself! That's what's up! Remind me of the days I had to go in the motor of my z one too many times! Lol But man! Can't wait to see you testing it out! From the sound of that run at the end of the video, you musta been on dirt the way it was hitting the rev limiter! Staying tuned!💯💪
My brother from another mother!! Hopefully does Beaver dams aren't getting the best of you! 🤣 Yeah I was very impressed with 71 horsepower! I appreciate you admiring my mechanic skills lol. And you guessed it right brother, I was definitely on dirt and it's hard to hook up on sandy lime rock lol.
I know right!! 🤘😎 Brother Dan I was hoping for at least 70 horsepower and sure enough I got it! I won't be touching the bottom end at least for the time being lol.. less than a year I hope to have a stroker though 😁😁😁
Important🔴 , important🔴, important🔴Amigatron‼️ Why didn't you measure the compression ratio by installing a pressure gauge on the engine head and then pressing the engine start button for 5 to 7 seconds? Just as you conducted a test on your engine after it had spent sixty hours of operation. Then l suggest that you install the Stage 3 cam and check the pressure again... If the pressure decreases due to the cam, this is a good indicator of the use of the fuel pump... Then compare the 3 measurements that you took the first time, then after installing 12.5, and then after installing the Stage 3 cam.
I know this is kind of older but what size jets did you use or did you leave them stock? I’m about to put a big bore on for a customer and wanted to know if it would be safe to run stock jets or if it would run lean.
Thanks brother Dune! Yeah it was very impressive but what's even more impressive is what I will show you in the next video... Although there was only a 12 horsepower gain during peak horsepower toward the end of the power curve there was over a 23 horsepower gain! 🦾🦾🦾
Oh snap, great video man. Looked like you disassembled that bike and put it back together in a few minutes lol can’t wait for the next video! Hopefully you did a little break in the motor before drag racing😅🤣💪
Thanks brother!! 🤘😎 It took a little longer than a few minutes lol.. But I appreciate you boosting my confidence lol. I did approximately five heat cycles where I just allowed the engine to idle for about 5 minutes and then I brought it to the dyno where during the tuning process it was screamed to the moon 🤣
I’m thinking of doing this I was wondering if you had to change the head studs I also gonna install a stage 3 came do you think I can still do it on a stick crank and just get a tune sent by Cuervo? What u think
Haha! Thanks brother! Time for blue to get some modifications! 😁😁😁 No I didn't change the tires but I plan to buy another set of OEM ones sometime within the next month.
did you change the CDI? to a high rev one? cause the stock one limits it self in 5th gear to like 6000 rpms right? or something in that way to preserve engine
@@FREEDOMSYNDICATEOFFICIAL Yeah for sure. Heck, even with 12.5:1 compression I would still add 1/3 bottle of a octane booster like a Lucas fuel additive to help increase it a bit. Nothing too strong like boostane or torco, but something that will help
Haha! Took me a little bit longer but if you are determined anything is possible 🤣 Give yourself more credit than that I'm sure it didn't take you that long lol...
I just want you guys to know that I love you guys! Thank you for all your support! God Bless!
We love ya too brobro! Keep on doing ya thing! God bless ya!

That’s awesome 71hp ! And you didn’t have to touch the bottom end , I’m jealous.

Where’s the videos of the drag racing and top speed at?
Sorry due to my schedule I had to change up the sequence of which videos I was dropping. I should have that within the next week.

Josh hill built a yamaha yzf 450 dirtbike to like 85 hp how wild is that
you might want to look at the swing arm wheel looks messed up
Any time brother we love you 2 A1/Nation ….keep it up
Thanks brother! Much love! 🦾🦾 Yes sir!

What compression? What cam any head work ?
Where do you get dyno tuned ? I’m in north Florida like you I would like to contact the place you went
CHPerformance (Chris Hall) You can find him on Facebook. He's located over by Starke
Oh man I bet it’s a rocket ship now,did u get a chance to change the tires
Haha! Thanks brother! Time for blue to get some modifications! 😁😁😁 No I didn't change the tires but I plan to buy another set of OEM ones sometime within the next month.
Badass man
Hey just wanted to know If you do dyno tunning in raptor 700? probably doing the same set up but can’t find a dyno to finish setting it up.
No, but if you're near North Florida you can get it tuned at CHPerformance
Are you using pcv or msd ?
Meg for the win!
🦾🦾🦾
Nice!
Thanks brother! 🤘😎
Where do u reccomend getting new cool plastics for my raptor??
eBay
did you change the CDI? to a high rev one? cause the stock one limits it self in 5th gear to like 6000 rpms right? or something in that way to preserve engine
The pcv eliminated that limiter
@@FREEDOMSYNDICATEOFFICIAL ah yes the dynojet thing. nice
Nice! What fuel are you running?
93 octane pump ⛽
If I had gone any higher than a 12.5:1 piston I would have had to go with race fuel.

Damn!! 71 ponies.. wow she gonna rip for real now! No head work just cylinder and piston?
I know right!!! 🦾🦾🦾 Yes just cylinder and piston 😁😁😁
@@FREEDOMSYNDICATEOFFICIAL wow thats impressive
Him: Rebuilds engine in 3 hours
Me: take 9 hours to rebuild carb on Raptor 350 🤦♂️🤔🤣🤣🤣

Can you send me the link to this big bore
Yes!
How long it took u
Great number but what’s the exact mods?
The big three (full system Monster exhaust, FCI intake, and PC5) and Athena 734 Big Bore w/ 12.5:1 CP piston.
QUADNATION 929 stock camshaft,Tb and head? Sound like high reading dyno, big 3 54-55hp and the 105.5mm would gain another 2-2.5hp
