This song in the movie gave me chills... great choice of song, and moving performance. The line about feeling proud -- and the delivery -- so perfect for the character.
I am Japanese. The other day, I watched CODA alone at the movie theater. The actors' performance was so wonderful that I immersed myself in this beautiful world. Among them, in the last scene, I watched it in tears all the time. The word "disability" in this world should be deleted from the dictionary of all countries. Because everyone loves their families, loves their friends, and lives by loving themselves. The word "disabled" sounds like discrimination. That's very sad for me.
As a disabled person myself, I appreciate the intention behind this idea, but I think it's still important to recognize the concept of disability. Pretending disability doesn't exist won't remove the discrimination and barriers that most of us face every day. On a related note, please, please, please don't use terms like "differently abled" and "special needs" to describe people with disabilities/disabled people!
Her Dad will be so proud. I've seen him sing live many times. Please Aled do a duet with Emilia, you've done with son Lucas on One Voice. It's Emilia's turn. :)

Her voice is so genuine, and it's something not much modern singers show.
Watched CODA this weekend before the Oscars. My son said it's really good. Watched it with him. Wow what an amazing movie. Watched it again with my youngest. She liked it. I can see why it won best picture.
I am really touched and can't stop my tears from running to my face, it so beautiful movie❤
Great performance from Emilia
I firmly believe this performance sealed the best picture Oscar for Coda. This performance manages to match the emotion in the movie's version. Everyone in that room (who are all voters) would have moved emotionally and be reminded of how heartfelt the movie was
Absolute best moment of this BAFTA ceremony
I've known of Emilia since Doctor Who and have been following her career since Locke & Key as well as considering she's Aled's daughter, signing is in her genes and she sings beautifully ❤
I literally watch this video every day. Her vocal quality is perfect for these lyrics. It's my all-time favorite song, and I now think this is my favorite performance of it. I've always loved Judy Collins' version, but Emilia's slightly nervous tone makes the song more realistic since the lyrics are so pensive.
The maturity of her life shines...fantastic version. Touched me sincerely... very classy...
So beautiful and heartfelt love this song and the way she sings it ❤
Such a delicate, poetic and brilliant performance. Bravo, Emilia! CODA is an amazing movie. Breathtaking!
Watched this movie this morning, no idea what to expect but wow, how ridiculously terrific. The scene where Ruby sings, I lost it and no true idea why but I'm grateful #BeInspired
Deserved to win Best Picture didn’t it….
映画見ました。この曲歌いながら家族に手話で伝えようとしているところで涙が出ました。見てよかったと思える映画です。
I love this song even more after hearing this 💗
I hung in with this movie, enjoyed it like anyone would and then this scene hit and I lost it! I watched it back to back it was so good the second time! She's amazing

Such an incredibly beautiful and brilliant performance of one the greatest songs ever composed. Emotional pulling on the heart-strings of life. Thank you, Emilia and bless you, Joni! Your genius will live forever and affect lives.
It is truly amazing how a song with simple lyrics can move mountains with its heartfelt emotions. Thank you CODA for introducing this song to me, another soundtrack for me to keep me going. Kudos to Emilia Jones who gave her best rendition of this song.
A unique voice and interpretation - love ❤️ it - sensational. My new favourite version even over the original. Thank you Emilia keep singing.

Such a beautiful performance. So touching I just love to hear someone who’s actually feeling what she is singing. ❤
I just love her!!
I was searching for the lyrics of this song & came across this most beautiful version, a beautiful voice, & a beautiful girl. It brought tears to my eyes. I hope she keeps singing. So talented.
So blessed with .a beautiful voice and such depth
She is an incredible talent, what a gifted musician. She moved me more in a couple of minutes than i have been for the last 2 years. Emotional genius ❤️
I have been looking forward to watch this movie, I just never had the time then tonight I decided to watch it and yeah it is sooo moving and beautiful, Emilia has such beautiful voice and the actors are so good, they really deserve the award!
She’s obviously so nervous.. but still absolutely nails it. Wonderful… 👏👏👏
Beautiful song, beautiful perfomance, amazing movie! My favorite of this season. Made me laugh and cry so much. I'm happy it won best picture at the oscars.
This movie and this song really makes you realize that we all learn something new everyday about clouds, life and love! This young lady is a talent and such a sweet soul! WE watched this movie last year and our family cried so deeply...it was such a lovely movie and we have cried each time we have watched it since.
An amazing movie in every way , a thing of pure beauty... take a bow all people who made this wonderfull thing.
Great song written by Joni Mitchell. It's gotten so much mileage over the past 55+ years!
I love this movie. I cried everytime i remember and rewatched this scene. im actually crying right now haha. watched the movie 7x with different sets of people
I have been truly touched by this movie. Thanks giving us this CODA.
This song in itself was super charming but with Emilia’s voice it just became magical! Love the song and the movie...🥰🥰🥰
The poise from an obviously nervous 20 year old is amazing. When she signs "I love you" and points to (I'm assuming) her cast mates was probably one of the most touching gestures ever on an awards show stage. Brava.
Emilia is awesome!
