I have the exact same laptop a 153511, and when I tried running the diagnostic, it said "Hard Drive - Not installed." and gave me an error code below. My laptop also started beeping which threw me off guard. What can I do in this situation?
First I would try what we call reseating the hard drive which means unplugging it and then plugging it back in. Then rerun the diagnostic. If that does not work then it's most likely that you need a new hard drive. Sometimes when a hard drive really dies the motherboard doesn't read it as being installed. Here is a video on how to replace your hard drive and install an operating system:

On boot Sequence i only have UEFI HTTPs Boot and also when a i run the diagnostic it says, "Quick Test Interrupted! Hard drive -Not installed" what can i do?

In section of "Boot Configuration Setup" i do see only the option of UEFI HTTPs Boot , what can i do ?
In that case, you can skip to the next step in the video.
Its an office system, test passed , but i cannot re-image

You can try reinstalling the operating system from an installation USB
My laptop did not show Window boot manager and uefi rst....

i bought dell latitude 3320 i5 11th gen , in bios setup my device only boot with 'UEFI HTTP BOOT and shows no bootable device found after execution, ,, how do i add up other options in my boot sequence ???
No options in the boot sequence can be a sign of a bad hard drive. What happened when you ran the diagnostic? Did everything pass?

What do I do if I don't have windows boot manager? How do I add it cause I had it before but now its not there so I think I may have mistakenly deleted it
If you delete Windows or a part of it then you will need to reinstall it. Here is a video on how to do that:

What if you don’t have windows boot manager?
That can be a sign of a bad hard drive or a problem with Windows. I would try reinstalling Windows and if that doesn't work then try replacing the drive and installing Windows on the new drive. Here are videos on how to do both:

In that case I would contact the school. It might be an issue with how they set it up.
