im so grateful for these videos. you're enthusiasm about this subject encourages me to pay attention and learn. my teacher doesn't teach us anything about anatomy. thank you
Wendy, you are an incredible teacher...I don't know what I would do without your videos. I am flipping my own classroom. All teachers should be doing this. I am so grateful. Thank you for all of your work...and especially your enthusiasm and energy...
Your videos are super useful and easy to understand! You make learning anatomy approachable when it's usually the opposite.Thank you for your great videos :)
I am not a student of Physiotherapy but I am into physical fitness (weight-training,stretching). Your videos are extremely interesting n important. Your way of explanation is lucid. Thanks from India.
I enjoy your videos so much. You truly make them easy to understand and bring some fun into your teaching. You are doing exactly what you meant to do. I m sure you are reaching all of your students. I currently working on becoming a certified yoga instructor and have to know all that stuff. Thank you for all you do. Gabriele
I just don't quite get the difference between "Extension" and "Hyperextension". Some pictures say it's "extension" (like the extension at the neck one) but from what I understood shouldn't that be hyperextension? Looovvve you Ms. Wendy. Your videos have saved me so many times 😭😭💕💛💕💛💕💛💕💛💕💛💕💛💕💛💕💛💕

I had to look up dorsiflexion cause I was curious... it means flexion in the dorsal (back) direction! Makes sense!
great video! I remember plantar flexion because your foot is now on the same PLANE as your leg.
Dorsiflexion, as I have learned, comes from moving your toes towards the back "dorsi" of the foot - that's how I remember it at least :P

Dorsiflexion = think of Spanish word for God- “Dios”. Dios lives in the heavens. Toe flexing to Dios is Dorsiflexion
