You deserve way more followers and likes. You’re honestly so helpful and the way you explain topics is amazing, I’m having such a hard time with my anatomy class and I’m so glad I found your channel! Thank you so much
I’ve been in class for the last 8 hours today and I was kinda lost on this entire subject… but you’ve literally helped me understand all of this in 5 minutes 😂 keep killing it brotha! We want more!! 😊
I can't believe you posted this video one day before my midterm exam in high school. thank you very much and I hope you continue to grow in this channel.
It was really nice to have all of the movements overviewed in one short video. I feel like a lot of times we learn about different parts of the body and their movements, but it is helpful to hear all of the movements at once and see how they relate.
I love that your analogy for remembering each movement is so ridiculous, but is also so perfect at the same time. I think of them in very similar ways too (abduction = abduction of my arm, plantarflexion = you plant a plant down into the ground, etc.). Anyway, great video! Currently studying so this was really helpful :)
I was studying the terms before watching this video. I came across abduction and immediately thought of an "alien abduction", as to say, "being taken away." Then watching this video, seeing he had the same way to remember the term, made me feel even more confident that I understood what was going on. A&P is probably the most difficult class I ever taken, but I care about this class so much. Videos like yours make it easier for students who are struggling during this pandemic. Thank you! :)
I think of inversion/ eversion like this: soles of my feet facing "IN" towards each other= inversion Soles of feet pointing away like they're avoiding looking at each other, or "evading"= eversion
I love the analogies! I especially liked relating supination to "soup"ination as it looks like one is reaching out to ask for more soup. I won't forget this one now!
i've been having a crisis trying to understand these types of motions, other videos made it so complicated. Yours just simplified things... Thank you man
First time viewer, studying for ACE certification...have a very smart son, (a certified trainer ) who said" Pops, you have to watch this video for chapter 7" He was so right! Thank-you for making sense and speaking so clear plus the demonstrations were huge!!!
I have never gone over any of the more in-depth movement terms but just started a couple of kinesiology classes and hopefully what I learned in this video helps out in the long run. The radial and ulnar deviation is something I had never learned before, it was also great to hear how all the movements work together rather than just explaining them individuallly.
I enjoyed watching this video not only because it was informational but because it had humorous. I also loved how it involved yoga, which I love! Thank you!
I feel so empowered by all this knowledge, I've been Powerlifting for a while now, and whenever I look into videos about drills to heal an injury or strengthen a body part all these terms come up...but know i can finally get it without having to google the terms every 5 minutes. Thanks
Ahh, finally. Thanks! Thinking about shoulder flexion and explaining it in my head gave me a headache. Fetal position got me thinking about it in relation to the whole body instead. Now I just imagine: -an invisible line that starts at your head (0 degrees) -the joint representing the angle bend point -the rest of the arm is the 2nd line -the resting position is at 180 deg Decrease the angle (flexion) by moving the arm forward, where reaching sky-high would be close to 0 deg. Increase the angle (extension) by moving it backwards from whatever current position you're in. We can bend more towards the origin line (0 deg). We can bend less around the resting position (180 deg).
Oh mehn, can’t help but love this guy, he’s hilarious, and I learn a lot watching his videos! Thank you for the insights you share on the anatomical topics.
I will definitely be saving this video for the future! I liked the comparison between eversion and inversion, it helped me to remember the difference. Also, I liked how you mentioned that your hip can move internally while the rest of your lower leg moved externally!
This was a great video explaining each of the movements at the muscles and joints. I like how you perform each movement since more people are visual learners.
Wow, what a high quality anatomy channel! ;) But seriously, thank you SO MUCH for this video. If it weren't for an app I have, I'd be failing the class I'm currently in; but your video def helped me understand things better so I'm not as reliant on the app!
Hi,I'm one of your newest subscribers! :)👋 Thank you so much for making this video!! Great video, and btw I Love it.. ❤️👍 You made everything so easy to understand!! God Bless You!.. 🙏🏽
Wow! I really enjoyed your video on Easiest way to easiest way to remember movement terms! Where was this when I was studying 🤣🤦♀️ Can’t wait to watch the rest!

Awesome. I finally found videos that think as I do - I remember the terms exactly in those ways too - Thanks for the light-hearted to the point physical examples. Well done and I'll definitely be checking out the rest of your playlist on the subject. :)
This was so much fun! I loved you intro. It would be so cool to go the whole video like that. It would really help me learn the names of everything. Still, this was great! Thank you!
Hi, I really like your content, it is very helpful! Getting smarter each time I watch your vids, very helpful to someone looking to be a personal trainer
When trying to do yoga videos online, I've actually found it confusing when the instructor says to move the leg up but is lying sideways. I wish there was an actual anatomical yoga routine where you could practice the movement terms and clearly instruct a yoga routine! Future video idea?
Aw man, I can't be the only one upset that the whole video wasn't just anatomical yoga. That was hilarious :D
Medlife Crisis gonna have to find a yoga channel to work with / take the piss out of 😏
i really thought this was just yoga and was about to head out until i read this comment😭
Oh I was very relieved 😆haha

So, how did it go?
It was really nice to have all of the movements overviewed in one short video. I feel like a lot of times we learn about different parts of the body and their movements, but it is helpful to hear all of the movements at once and see how they relate.

I love the way you describe each movement in a way that allows us to memorize it quickly!

Best of luck in your studies!
This is freaking genius, gotta love this guy.
You sir saved me a lot of headache with one single video. Kudos
Glad it helped, best of luck in your classes
I think of inversion/ eversion like this:
soles of my feet facing "IN" towards each other= inversion
Soles of feet pointing away like they're avoiding looking at each other, or "evading"= eversion
You articulate so well that now I FINALLY understand what my teacher has been saying for three weeks 🤣 thank you thank youuuu sir 🙏🏾
I love the analogies! I especially liked relating supination to "soup"ination as it looks like one is reaching out to ask for more soup. I won't forget this one now!
Thanks a lot. You taught me all I couldn't learn in weeks in 5 minutes.
Thank you for showing real life examples of each term and the importance of anatomical position! That helps make sense of it all
