I think Singer is really showing his worth. Hoping he becomes an even bigger target as the season continues.

I think Dorian Singer has easily been the most solid consistent player on the team followed by Bernard. Bernard is the only RB doing anything except for Stanley in his one game on his wheel routes. Caleb Lohner and the offensive line has been the biggest surprise this year but I still think they need to keep using Landon King and Bentley more to make it not so obvious that we are passing to him. Isaic Wilson is getting better and gaining valuable experience. The D line has been the most inconsistent unit to me as far as run defense. One week they are great like against Oklahoma St then bad against Arizona and Utah St. All Linebackers have been average even Barton and they need Reid back bad. Secondary has been ok but inconsistent, like the D line, great one game then average the next game. I do love that the CB's are so young ( except Vaughn ) and they are getting INt's so they should only get better. Safety's look pretty descent love the hard hits Gilman and Johnson are dishing out.

At this point the best players are the ones who actually plays. Getting pushed all the way back to number 18 in the rankings really hurts when this program typically moves up only one or two spots with each win. It's going to take Utah probably having to win out, plus win the Big 12 title game just to get back to where they were last week in the rankings with a shot at the playoffs. Cam absolutely needs to come back next week or we might as well just go ahead and chalk this up as potentially another rebuilding 8-4 season. Men, Utah really needs to improve on their QB depth.

I disagree because so many of the top teams play each other that if Utah keeps winning they can climb the rankings quickly. If Utah was to even be a 2 loss team they will still end the year in the top 20.

But I'm just basing this off from past seasons when Utah lose ONE game they fall like 8 spots, but when they win they only go up a spot or two at most. It's like gas prices. It takes six months for them to drop 20 cents, but then it jumps up 50 cents over night.
