    Love you guys! Can you please do a video for standing glutes exercises, where we DON'T have to bend the knees??! Is there such a thing? Or even laying down? I have an injury & a Bakers Cyst, bending my knee is almost impossible, but I need to strengthen glutes. Thank you!

      Loved that suggestion, @rachaelrubio6719! 😍 Sorry to hear about your injury and Baker’s cyst, but it's great that you're focusing on strengthening your glutes. You can still do knee-friendly exercises that don't require much bending. Glute bridges are a good option, as you can adjust the knee bend based on your comfort, while standing glute squeezes allow you to activate the muscles without any knee movement. Side-lying leg lifts target the glutes without pressure on the knee, and you can modify donkey kicks by keeping your knee straight to minimize bending. Hip thrusts, done with minimal knee bend, can also effectively strengthen the glutes. It's always a good idea to check with a healthcare professional or physical therapist to ensure these exercises are safe for your condition. 😊😀👍
