[Career/Achievements]
▷ Graduated from Keio University School of Medicine. After working in the medical department, he went to the United States to further his research and studied at Harvard University and Stanford University.
After studying abroad for a year and a half, he has published papers in the world-renowned British scientific journal "Nature" and the American scientific journal "Science", and is a world-renowned ophthalmologist.
After returning to Japan, he opened the "Ophthalmology Kajiwara Eye Care Clinic" in Kinshicho.
After hearing the reputation of "Ophthalmology Refugee®", which was abandoned by other ophthalmologists, it is often featured in the media as a clinic that flocks from all over the country like a last-minute temple. For glaucoma, which is said to be an intractable disease, we are under the name of "designing glaucoma treatment", and we are "designing" how to deal with the disease according to each patient so that we will not be misled by incorrect treatments and rumors.

コンタクトを使用してましたが、急に強い痛みが出たので眼科に行ったところ
ドライアイになっていたことがわかりました。
点眼薬も処方されましたが、普段からのケアもしようと思ったところこちらの動画に出会いました。

温め＆冷やすのも効果的にですね！！！
ドライアイになってるかなと思うときはアイシャンプーすると良くなってましたがマッサージもプラスしてやってみます❗️
質問なのですが、まぶたを動かす際に眼球に少なからず圧がかかると思うのですがそれは問題ないのでしょうか？
目の縁に白いプツが発生する事があります。
きっとマイボーム腺が脂肪で詰まっているのかなと思います。
目のシャンプーで洗う事と、マッサージで解消するのでしょうか？

シェーグレン症候群(血液検査で数値)によるドライアイも改善出来ますか
理論的には改善の余地がありますが、涙腺から出てくる涙液が少ないと言うことが根底にありますので、自覚症状の改善と言うレベルでは実感できるかできないかは、現在のドライアイの重症度によると思います。

検査結果は異常ない
ドライアイにチキンの肉とかミネラルウォーター効果的にですね！！！とかですね・・・

先生の動画だったかな、ココナッツオイル塗るって、目に塗ってみたら良いかも、コンタクトつけたままだけど、、😂笑
これはタオルで目を温めるかわりに、お風呂で湯船に浸かっているときに実施するのでもいいのでしょうか…？
ジクアスを処方されて点眼していますが、点眼もアイシャンプーもサボってしまう時もありなかなかマイボーム腺の詰まりは改善されず…マッサージならできそうなのでやってみたいと思います！
