Like, maybe the male 4 would be like "😊 Funny" not how the female one does this big cheesy smile. 8 would be the same as the female. And 3 (this is just a suggestion as I always thought 3 as a male has a more goofy side pls DON'T respond to it as if I failed a test) he be like "Ugh, this is stupid... but also super cool too.." and when female 3 frowns, male 3 smiles a little bit. And yes, I am a 100% sure this is a stupid idea for you guys.
i love the dynamic the fanbase gave the trio captain 3 being the serious yet soft on the inside mom friend agent 4 being super energetic and outgoing and 8 being the curious and bubbly foreigner who goes with the crowd to fit in it fits them so well!! i wonder what the fandom will do with agent 9 (i know it's neo 3 lol i wrote this when the name of the new agent wasn't revealed yet) update: loving how chaotic and completely unhinged neo 3 is
I like the fact that whenever there is a main campaign, the protagonist is primarily portrayed as female, even back in Splatoon one. In the long run I think it helped with Splatoon’s success as a franchise, in a subtle way.
I never understood that, if they're gonna potray the female agents as 'canon' and imply that the male agents aren't then why give us an option to play as a male anyway? Why not just give us a character to play as?
@@kaiju9363 because the point of it is to design a character YOU want to play as. It's the same situation with Pokémon and certain gendered trainers with certain features depicted as the canon protagonists/interpretations.
@@aperson5713 I can understand with Pokemon, but they don't have past characters you played as show up, Red and Green are the only exceptions but both have been shown and proved as canon, in Splatoon, you only see Agent 3 return but the community and even nintendo has pretty much implied that all the agents are canonically female, so why give us an option for them to be male if the male agents are just a one-off customization for that game?
It's so nice seeing Agent 8 dance ! She went through so much trials just to see the surface and now she can enjoy her new life and dance with the inklings ! =D
I love how the way each of them dance fits their personalities so well. 3 looks like she was forced to dance XD 4 probably just ate a family sized snicker bar and is letting all that energy out at once. 8 saw the other two dancing and just joined them because she thought it looked like fun.
3 is probably worried about the Squidbeak Splatoon and where she left her fancy Captain's Hat, 4 is obviously having fun and 8 is just trying her best to follow
4 is dancing because Callie wanted to make a video, 4 & Callie told 8 to join in, she has no clue what's going on, but she's enjoying herself anyways, 3 doesn't want to be here at all, but Marie threatened to take away the X-Box at HQ for a week if she didn't.
Well guess what, if my content gets too much attention, maybe someday I can make Agent 4 become popular because of my series, maybe, I don't know, but I agree, it would be nice if people noticed her more often xP

the dance itself is cool(kudos to LooNey2357). But what rly took the cake was the animated hair especially on Agent 3 and the facial expressions. the facial expressions rly showed the personality in the agents most noticeably on 8 and 3 with 3’s sort of ugh expression and 8 with a sort of woohoo/excited expression. Good Job.
