I love the way Captain walks in 3. After the gang encounters Mr Grizz for the first time, Captain just casually waltzes into frame (after being injured).
Captain 3 is badass without being mary sue overpowered (looking at a certain other first protagonist from a nintendo series) and every cameo they've had was a blast!
Even the one time they were OP, the inner fight, took place in 8's mind and was only 8's perception of 3, this character is always written so creatively!
Fun fact: you can change their appearance from the doodle in the crater, and if you played octo expansion they will be automatically set to whatever you chose there

Then in cuttlefishs camp there on the chair there's a picture of the captain and you can click on it and he'll ask if it looks okay and then you can change it from there
