My favourite part about this is that Logan doesn't intially have the same resentment towards Janus that Burr already has for Hamilton in the musical at the point in time when this song happens, and even at the end when he gets mad at him, you don't get the sense that he hates him the way Virgil and now Roman seem to, just that he's desperate for answers, to understand, to be included. He's Thomas's logic, damnit! How is he supposed to do his job when he doesn't have all the facts? I feel like this is being conveyed really well in the animation that it's almost completely divorced from the emotional context of the source material that would have you thinking these characters are enemies. Especially when Janus can see Logan about to head down a dangerous path and tries to stop him for his and Thomas's sake. I could probably do a whole breakdown of this animatic and everything that's great with it. Seriously, every frame conveys so much with so little!

Wow. My heart twisted when Patton ran right past Logan to comfort Roman, not even noticing that Logan is hurting, too. No wonder Logan thinks the others don't care about him. And that end was chilling... I also liked how the Skip button was a recurring motif here, though it wasn't until Logan had to break it that I realized it was a physical barrier that he couldn't get through. The idea that the Skip button is something that lasts rather than just a one-time thing is so sad... :'(

This is legitimately one of the coolest Sanders Sides animatics I've ever seen. The attention to detail, the /story/, the way they fit it in with the song, it's absolutely beautiful and I cannot express my love for this enough.
Right, so I need to comment on this, however late. I really admire how well thought out this animatic is. The build up comes across perfectly with the music and Logan slowly losing it. You've communicated what was happening without over explaining and broke poor Logan (yippie! Love me some nerd angst) while keeping everyone else sympathetic. The way he turned on Janus at the end felt so natural and only made the end more chilling. Orange side Logan animatics are a joy to watch, and this is one of my favorites. :)

I love the orange eyes at the end. It makes sense because blue and orange are complementary colors. Just like how red and green are complementary (Roman and Remus). I love it.
I really love everything about this. But I think my favorite bit is the background color shifting. White for the light sides and a blue grey for the dark.
