The fact that Sutan can remember what Moe taught her proves that we don't need to wait till our kids grown old enough to teach them, we never know when it will be "enough". Just tell them what they can or can't do, what is the right thing and what is the wrong thing, kids can learn too.
YES! Maybe they don’t get everything on the first try, but as we’ve just seen, some of it sticks, if you explain it in an age-appropriate manner. And the more you hear it, the more you will understand. One building block at a time.
I saw on Instagram that Moe felt she was very angry with Sutan and wasn’t sure if she wanted to show that in her video. I think she handled the incident wonderfully proven by the fact that Sutan remembers that lesson.
@@WW-gx5kk yup, I could feel her at this moment and I could totally understand her reaction. She definitely could hide it after edited but I'm glad that she made it a part of the video. Teaching children the right things is indispensable no matter how old they are. Some people may think that kids can't understand adult's knowledges but once I watched a study of child psychology, it said that even an under 1 yr old can feel his mom by reading her behaviors. It showed an example that a baby boy changed his expression from happy to angry then afraid because he could feel his mom was ignoring him. And after watching this, I believe that children can totally understand what adult are doing to them and teaching them in the right ways is never too soon.

As a Mom myself, I can feel your happiness and relief that your daughter remembered your words (exactly!). Sometimes I feel as if my kids are not listening to me. Then, after a while I would see them do something exactly as I have said in the past. It made me realize to always choose my words, to be careful not to say something I would regret later on. Our children not only observe what we do, but they listen to our words and keeps them in their hearts.
Fully true . I can tell you that kids are a literally SPONGE of information, since their foetal embryonic early stages.. nothing is missed not even with that thick wall of womb and belly.
This episode is so touching. Sutan has not just learned her lesson, she is growing up too. When she said she loves you, that was most sincere, that's love from a little angel. My eyes were watery too. Thank you Moe for your cooking episodes and your adorable Sutan!

Moe! Sutan is such a good girl, she remembered the lesson you taught her after she dropped the rice in your last video. Such a bright girl and I love how much you’ve praised her ♥️
I know filming must be tough with a curious and energetic child like Sutan, but you impress me every time we watch a video. I wish I was as patient as you are! You give me a great example.with my own daughters. Thank you for being so sweet!
When sutan said there are gods in the rice it made me cry 😭 she is remembered the lesson you taught her. You are absolutely wonderful mother. I am also learning more about your culture, it's so beautiful.
As has been commented n by others, Sutan has 'learned her lesson' regarding the rice. The fact is, she remembered from last time. I'd say that Sutan realised how irked you were and that has 'imprinted' on her memory to respect the rice (and all food). You were right to have an emotional moment when Sutan said 'I love you'. That was lovely!!! Have a great week. Greetings from the UK.

As medstud i’m also learning here, how a child grow with amazing parents that allowing their kid to do certain things and do it with giving an example which leads to healthy progression of the child and stop or remind the child whats wrong and whats right and each of them don’t forget to respect each other. You’re an example of a good parents moe-san and moto-san i really love sutan’s progression keep up the good work ☺️
I remembered how worried you were about being “too hard” on her with the rice incident last time. But I think this just proves you did exactly the right thing ♥️ she remembered and remembered to be careful with the rice this time
The "i love you" moment was so sweet! 😍 I bet that cooking session will be especially memorable because not only did sutan show she learnt the kamisama rice but also helped you make the meal she ate so much as a baby! 😊 Such days are what make children and parenting them so wonderful and rewarding 💖

I loved the bit when she grabbed your chopsticks when you took her salmon and she scraped it back off with her spoon - "Hands off Moma, that's my salmon that I so carefully prepared with salt, give it back!" :D :D
There are countless of recipes out there and I use them for my everyday cooking but what stays in my mind is always what my mom has taught me! My mom also taught me that there are seven gods in a grain of rice so need to cherish each grain just like Moe-san told Sutan😊💕
Aww.. she remembers the lesson you gave her about kami-sama. She proudly sharing her knowledge with you, .. that's so impressive!!! Moe, you really are a good mother to her. I know how my childhood was like, I was scolded without any explanation at all. So there was a constant fear in me that maybe I myself was a 'flaw' for a very very long time. It is a pleasure for me to watch both of you cook every week. To be able to witness the progress of your little daughter, thank you very much for that.🥰 Thanks to you, or both of you now, I can cook Japanese much better. I can remember one of your first videos when you asked your daughter, When do you help me cook Sutan? Well, it's already that far. 😄 Many greetings from Germany.❤
Love how spontaneous this vlog is! Love the natural show of affection between mom and daughter. Love Sutan's carefree singing and that mixed rice looks delicious 😋 😍 👌
My wife and I just harvested some "chicken of the woods" mushrooms and were wondering how a rice dish with that and oyster mushrooms would do together. I think we'll make this with those two mushrooms!
How are you? Sweet Sutan, remembering his teachings Moe, the ideal is to correct the child the moment he does something wrong. Congratulations. When possible, show him the chair Sutan uses in the kitchen to help him cook. I love your videos. The way you cut the burdock is so much better than what I used to do. Thanks for one more video. Kisses from Brazil.❤️❤️🇧🇷
I teared up when she recited the lesson you taught her. 🥺 She's just so bright!! This here proves to anyone who had doubts that Moe is an excellent mother. 🥰
Hearing your child tell you “I love you” is the BEST feeling ever! When my daughter started talking and said it for the first time it melted my heart ❤️ In the US wild mushrooms are when sold commonly in regular grocery stores (at least in Central KY) and if it is it’s very expensive. You easily buy white button mushrooms and shiitake. You can get maitake, shimeji, eringi, and enoki at the Asian markets and much cheaper. I haven’t found fresh nameko at all near me so I use jar or can nameko. I was going try the mushroom growing kits you can find online because my family loves all kinds of mushrooms. When I was a child I loved when my mom made satsumaimo takikomi gohan. There’s also a church locally that has chestnut trees so my mom would take us as kids to pick them. It was so much fun to see who could get the most and the biggest! It was a fall tradition for our family 🥰 You are a great mom and Sutan is learning and growing so much! Children learn so much from just watching and listening parents 😌
I like the way you talk to Sutan, she understands everything very well and remembers then later, you are raising her so well! ☺️ You talked about chestnuts in the end of this video, I would really love to see typical japanese recipes with chestnuts 🙂 Thank you for your videos and take care! Greetings from France! ~
Awww, Sutan is becoming such a wonderful assistant. Not only helping more with the cooking, but also with the dialog for the video. And she's adorable singing with her mushroom microphone. My heart melted when Moe was so happy to hold Sutan after she remembered about the rice, and later when they said "I love you" to each other. So much love in this little family. :)
Oh my god! You are such a good mum! I wish all my students had a parent like you! Sometimes I wonder how some parents react when their children are brilliant and understand complicated concepts because they get so embarrassed or unwilling to share at such a young age at times. So lovely to see such a supportive relationship between the two of you!
just realized being mama's kitchen helper is helping little Sutan not only understand food, counting, patients, measurements, and of course spending time with her mom; but also helping with her motor skills. all so important through such a simple thing as cooking
I don’t know what it is about Sutan, she gives me these emotions that I never felt before from watching other kids. She gives me so much joy and idk how to explain it. Thank you for sharing great content and spreading happiness ☺️
Sutan is so smart and talktive for a two years old girl or maybe she is three(?), she remains me to my students Uta and Saki, i helped them with their kumon maths not to long ago and their personalites are pretty similar☺️☺️ i discover your videos when i was looking to cook something from japan for a party last Xmas and im still here xx lot of love from london

i love your channel, kimono mom! you have taught me to be more gentle and enjoy the little things in life. i have moved out and living alone and i can finally cook for myself--i will be trying this dish today! your daughter is precious, I pray no harm comes to her and she is protected, happy, and healthy. your cooking reminds me of my mom's! bless you and your family!
Following these recipes has not only introduced me to some great new dishes, but has also improved my rather limited kitchen skills. Thanks KM.
Omg i almost cried when sutan repeated your words about rice🥺🥺 you are such a good mother and sutan is such a good daughter🥺❤
Im sooooo happy Sutan remembers about the rice!! And im very surprised that she said “i love you” in English! That was so cute!!
This vlog is making my heart fluttered. So precious to see Sutan doing everything and following along Moe. She repeats everything and well verse.
It's always a great pleasure to receive Kimono Mom's notifications 😀 😊 🦋💋🌸💕
My wife and I just harvested some "chicken of the woods" mushrooms and were wondering how a rice dish with that and oyster mushrooms would do together. I think we'll make this with those two mushrooms!
Kimono mom videos are very relaxing and happy!!! It makes me smile always! Thank you for your hard work!
Sutan remembering "There's Kamisama in rice." 👏🏻
I just think that whole family is lucky to have each other. Happy and nice people make good family. They bring me happiness.
We definitely need a kitchen tour! Or a fresh house tour. Your house has so many handy items 💕💕
Love you Sutan your a sweetheart from mommy and daddy. Watching from Maryland USA
Hearing your child tell you “I love you” is the BEST feeling ever! When my daughter started talking and said it for the first time it melted my heart ❤️
In the US wild mushrooms are when sold commonly in regular grocery stores (at least in Central KY) and if it is it’s very expensive.
It was a fall tradition for our family 🥰
You are a great mom and Sutan is learning and growing so much! Children learn so much from just watching and listening parents 😌
I like the way you talk to Sutan, she understands everything very well and remembers then later, you are raising her so well! ☺️
You talked about chestnuts in the end of this video, I would really love to see typical japanese recipes with chestnuts 🙂 Thank you for your videos and take care!
Best video before going to bed !
Sutan is so adorable :)
Thank you ❤️
Oh my god! You are such a good mum! I wish all my students had a parent like you! Sometimes I wonder how some parents react when their children are brilliant and understand complicated concepts because they get so embarrassed or unwilling to share at such a young age at times. So lovely to see such a supportive relationship between the two of you!
1:15 proud moment! Good job Sutan
i teared up as well, that was such a genuine mom daughter moment it melt my heart 😭❤
I’m so touched that Sutan remembered the important lessons from Moe…! And Sutan talks so well..! Wowww…! 😭✨👍🥰
just realized being mama's kitchen helper is helping little Sutan not only understand food, counting, patients, measurements, and of course spending time with her mom; but also helping with her motor skills. all so important through such a simple thing as cooking
I love how Sutan remembered to treat rice preciously. It reminds me of when I was taught the same thing as a kid!
I don’t know what it is about Sutan, she gives me these emotions that I never felt before from watching other kids. She gives me so much joy and idk how to explain it. Thank you for sharing great content and spreading happiness ☺️
Sutan got her rice redemption arc, so proud 😭💖
日本人ですが大ファンです。あの時もえさんが真っ正面からお嬢さんに向き合ってお米の大切さを教えていたのが印象的でした。親の真剣て伝わってるんですよね。私も涙ぐんでしまいました☺️😂
Sutan remembering the lesson about the gods in the rice was the cutest thing I saw today 😍💜 Thank you for inspiring me to be a mom like you, Moe! ✨🌼
I love this channel, it’s so genuine I just had it with all the fake people online it’s good to see something real
About 5 more months. They will have a celebration. Moe was mentioning of getting a kimeno for her day in celbration of it. So like 2.5 she is now
The sudden 'I love you' from Sutan made my day. This episode is so cute.
