It actually does matter. Tying into the rear signal feed turned my lights on when I hit the brake pedal!!! I would definitely go with the front lights. They are in the same harness loom.. and if you can’t figure out which wires to go to on the mirror side harness, take it apart and see which wires go to the light!!
Let us know what you think of the mirrors! We personally love the added utility and the looks are awesome!
With the updated mirrors the appearance will improve a lot.
These mirrors turned out great!
Yessirrrrr!
Super nice kit! Trucks coming along well
Just put a little sticky grease in the end of your socket and the nut will stick to your socket. Enjoyed
Good idea. Thanks for the tip.
Looking good mah boi!
Thank you. I have to wire my mirrors and u made is very simple 🤙🙌🙌
Glad I could help! Let us know if you have any questions
Good detailed video!! Helped me out a ton. 😎
Very nice
Did you ever do the heated connection? Curious about that, I'd like to hook up turn signals and heat, already did the power mirrors. Thanks!!
I haven't yet. My plan was to fit higher trim door panels that already have the switches.
I will also update the mirrors
On the passenger side what did you tap into this there another harness on that side?
It will be the same as the driver side. I just ran the wires behind the dash
Trucks looking good with these mirrors, now you can pull all that P-word
Do they shake and vibrate ??
huh. My 2010 mirrors plugged straight into the factory 2006 plug.
This is an XL model. It doesn't have any plugs from factory.
Doesn't the amber options have a side arrow turn signal on the side mirrors?
Do they pull out and fold in manually still. I have the same truck just want to make sure the can
Yes these are a manual pull and fold.
What switch back turn signal light are those?
I'm not sure to be honest. They came with the truck. Definitely cleans up the front end though
@@BrunerTuner ok thanks. I gotta find those.
Why did you use the rear signal feed and not the front signal feed?
why does it matter?
It actually does matter. Tying into the rear signal feed turned my lights on when I hit the brake pedal!!! I would definitely go with the front lights. There are two green and orange one thin and one thick orange stripe which one is it
